- Here is my top speed. Rider weight: a little over 100 kg without gear. Wind direction from the right or left side. I was expecting it was able to go faster and I know someone else was able to do 184 km/h (but probably downhill in Spain).

I haven't had the chance to ride the NK 450 (and also check GPS)

i tested mine recently and it topped out at 135. changed my muffler to short slip on.
from 3rd gear pull with limit rpm's, I only reached 135 :(

I dont know y he's z500se is so slow, mine can make 108km on 2nd gear and 155km on 3rd gear, the only item i change is my pipe thats all
45 hp model. And to reach top speed I don't milk the lower gears. What do you reach as top speed?
My bad, I test it again to be more accurate, mostly of my triaIs only catch up to 95-100km on 2nd gear 130-135km on 3rd gear 150-155km on 4th gear 170-175km on 5th gear
And lastly 187-188km on 6th gear. Maybe because my weight is around 200lbs hehehe

@@jankohudy2290 Fuel consumption difference between the 650 and the 500 is 0.4L/100, but that's using the specs of the identical Ninja 650/500 engine. There are no official consumption figures available on the Kawasaki website for the z-bikes
Also, especially if you're gonna be mostly in the city you're gonna be fine on a z500. I am 6'1 and I'm decently confortable on a 35-40 minute trip, but this definitely isn't a touring bike. Maybe consider the Eliminator 500 if you have touring in mind too?
@@Rafael-fo9sp Thank you. Im thinking about Z650. There are side bags. I know, its naked, but I really liked that bike. Looks nice is fast enough for me. Acceleration wont kill me at first corner, I hope so 😁They have the sattle +3 cm (more than 1 inch). And I read about lower sets from Versys. Need to check out that in the nearest future. Mostly for the city and suburban villages. From time to time for some longer trip. You know, holidays 🙂Thanks for the reply. Ride safe 🤘🏻

Euro5+, restricted to 45 hp instead of 49-51 hp. Wind from the side, not a light rider. It is fast enough though, unless you want to get killed.

@@unidentified2146 Over here we have the A2 license, it is up to 48 hp IF the bike weighs at least 175 kg. Because it weighs less, also some horsepower must be taken off. So that is why there is 45 hp left. But I know someone else made it up to 184 km/h riding down a mountain in Spain, and probably a German dude being able to go 193 km/h (also riding down a mountain). Over here the country is very flat.

In Europe the Z500 does not have more power than the Z400. Both 45 hp. Outside of Europe it has more hp.

I wonder what the CFMoto does with GPS. Hope to ride a 450 NK in the future.
