They bring nothing to the table, but get half of it when they leave. A man works his whole life, buys a house, buys a nice car, gets a decent bank account. He meets a woman and marries her. She spends her days at home, occasionally cleaning, cooking and making him a drink when he comes home. They divorce and she gets his house, his nice car and half of his decent bank account. Yet these are the people crying for equality. Why is it sexist to expect a woman to cook and clean, but it is normal to expect men to mow the lawn, put the rubbish out, do the decorating, fix the house up. Equality means equality in all sections of life. You want me to cook and clean, you lay the carpet and mow the lawn.
That’s not the case all the time man. It’s not a mater of gender equality but a matter of complimenting your partner without abusing your position. My wife is an executive and makes most the money. I stay home , cook , clean and take care of the kids while occasionally working fixing computers and doing handy man work. She still respects me as the male figure, doesn’t want to rule over me and I always have an opinion over everything, even her clothes and shoes. On the other hand I make sure everything is taken care of when she gets home so that all she has to do is lay down and watch TV while I rub her feet. Our bank account is pretty fat (she makes a lot of money) sometimes she gives me money to spend or puts it in my wallet without me asking, and I don’t feel offended for that. We are a couple so we have to compliment each other that’s what’s all about. The majority of problems for couples arise from people being selfish
This is why I said since the president is saying he wants a sit down to help solve problems, propose legislation to make things equal among men and women when it comes to child care and marriage/divorce. If there is so called equality, then make it equal across the board. The way it is now is completely unfair to the man and children.

Still we have to pull together as a couple in our lives, faith, beliefs, goals,etc. Until we do we will continue to have generations of men who will continue this cycle. And let's understand that some women are hard to deal with so when I good man comes along she's going to thrown in a weird place cause as you stated some men don't stay and she has to be shown the way to believe in him which in turn will hopefully get him to open up go her and together they can heal one another.
