I think the film crew bitch because it's a tough place to film no nice trailer to sit in. So the producer got tired of the bitchin and quit doing the show. Also it cost a lot more to film.
If my memory serves me right it seems that Fred Hrut just passed away here pretty recently. But it might have happened after this video was posted 3 months ago. Seems like it was withing the past couple of weeks that I seen that Fred passed away.
I love watching this show and all Gold Rush shows, but this show right here, they are working so much harder for way less results. It kills me to see them at the end of the episode hooting and hollering about gold in the box only for the camera to pan to it and show us about 100$.
Man I love to see you guys hit like that you deserve it so if you make some good money next time you go there take some steel fence poles and build your water diversion then stack it up with rocks that way I can't get washed away take one of them sleeves with you you hit them in the ground with and I think you're good😊

I mean look at gold rush its the same old same old Parker and Tony push dirt, haul dirt, clean dirt and fix stuff and the weight in. White water has danger, hard work, diving and just a chance they might hit the mother load!!
No they bundled white water on back of Gold Rush. When you recorded Gold Rush you’d automatically get White Water, which gave them credit for viewers. But we never watched it. We would watch Gold Rush and just delete White Water.
I think White water is much better than Gold Rush so much so I don't watch Gold Rush anymore the spin-offs are much better although DT lost mines is going the same way as Gold Rush.
It's amazing how popular a show about gold mining is when they never find any gold they must spend hundreds of thousands of dollars per mining season and only find a few thousand dollars worth of gold, obviously the show's a major joke. I'll throw some gold rings in my backyard then give me a couple hundred grand and I'll let them come dig it up.
The real truth, it was just too sketchy, way too hard to get any gold, way too dangerous, way to HARD to film. Too many other shows making way more money lots easier.
No sign of Aussie gold hunters either after their tenth episode. Maybe the pile of bullshit got too high and toppled. They've all been accused of staging those shows.

But tons of optimism, they talked like they were all going to be millionaires. In earlier seasons of gold rush they put down the Hoffman family so much that I had fun watching them fail. The best sequence of a episode was when they pushed that massive bolder off the top of the canyon. That was cool.
Yes i read somewhere as well that Fred was battling cancer and it wasn't slowing him down any as he did say he was living his best life. (Ata boy Fred), try and stay positive and hopefully you will see those boys score the mother load 😊 ❤ I enjoy this show so much!
