I use both macs and pcs. One key thing to do if using both, turn on SMB sharing in windows. That way both can see each other. So swaping files over the the network will be easy. between the two.

Right off the bat, major props for the Interstellar poster! It's one of my favorite movies of all time. I have a Mondo version of that movie poster and am waiting to move my studio to the guest room before hanging it up. I may pair it with an Inception poster if I can find one that matches. Also, huge 👍 for including your "God's Promises for Every Day" book. I rarely see creators share anything about their faith, so good on you for that.
Overall, I loved your tour video because it cut against the grain when compared to so many others that I see. Many creators cram their offices with an obscene amount of stuff that makes it feel like it's completely unobtainable for most viewers, and it can also make some viewers feel bad about not being able to afford "all the things." Your office looks tasteful and, more importantly, completely functional. So yeah, great job. I really enjoyed this one.

See you use mat under your chair so floor dont get dmg. But you can get for almost al brands of chair wheels who are make of rubber thy wil not dmg your floor and thy roll and sound super.
I got them for years and my floor is like new and am 1.86/ 6.2 110kg

I recommend for your PC to only use it for gaming/streaming. I use my PC for both and I find it hard to stay focused when my games are right there.

great vid! love the second desk, I've been thinking of getting a second desk purely for analog stuff myself. and yessss build a PC! I def recommend going with an Nvidia card if you want to work on the machine at all, but if it's 100% gaming then AMD works too

As for someone who is just starting to build a new desk setup do you feel like the desktop you have Dom Amazon is good enough for a single monitor and Mac setup? I noticed you had a block from Home Depot as well. I probably won’t be using a standing desk. Just get up a lot more anyway. Sorry for the ramble! Thanks for the sub! You couldn’t go wrong with either desk honestly. If you have the ability to cut down the block from Home Depot like I did, you could go for a more custom look but Flexispot, and most desk brands sell plenty of sizes that would fit your space. I suggest maybe go around 60”x 30”? Unless you want a longer desk like mine then go all the way up to 72” x 30”

What resolution did you set your monitor when connected to your MacBook? Also, did you enable 120hz if your monitor supports it?
I have it set to 4k and my monitor only supports 60hz but looking to upgrade soon!

What camera do you use when you are on a zoom call? The external display doesn't have a camera... what is your solution? Said another way.. what do you use for a webcam?
I create videos and use an external Sony 6400... but I also use it for my webcam. When I am on calls with a client, I am typically looking at the screen vs the camera which bugs me...
What is your solution to zoom calls / webcam / external cameras?
Good Question! I use my Sony A7SIII as a webcam through the imaging edge app. A Little overkill but it does the job lol IT is definitely cumbersome tho and I am on the hunt for a quality webcam

did you not fill those holes on the old desktop? They're huge!
Surprisingly no holes on the old one except where the old desk legs were, but trimming it down to a smaller size got rid of those
