Excellent. I think the President of India should have full powers to accep or reject the recommendations of the collegiun. It is not like money bill Further, Judiciary, Legislature and the Union Government are parts of Government of India Others are UPSC, Election Commission, C&AG etc. Regards

@@goldencharlie8434 No,not at all. Union Govt means Ministers and all the officers under him If you file a court case against Home Minister, it will be titled in the court as Charlie Vs Union of India. Just consult any lawyer or read any judgement.
I think collegium system is fair.
It shows the separation of the Powers between Legislature and judiciary.
