Two ton iron no, that's hot work tool steel eg Din H13. Great video

The moment you work with an eight-tonne hammer is just plain brutal.
I can smell the pate, just need to add some spice
It's amazing !!!
Thank You!!! Please show us the rest of the process.
I never thought I'd watch a 13 minute video about ship conrods, but that's the great thing about this channel. The force of that 8-ton hammer is incredible.
Yeah, that hammer was truly a sight to behold. Ultra violent.
Hollywood needs to work that into some kind of action movie.
Yeah an 8-ton hammer that accelerates before hitting so I wonder what the force really is.
I get queasy looking at that hammer come down so fast and imagining getting caught under it. Would not be pretty. The force it has is incredible.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful video.
Nicely done. I finally see the forging process....Gratifying to say the least. Hello from Eastern Canada.
I like how this compares to the Chinese forging videos with a bunch of guys in sandals on some dirt factory floor.
now i would like to see the whole process of making a ship engine
I loved every minute of this, thanks for uploading! I love seeing old techniques taken to extreme heights through human ingenuity, imagine if somehow you could show a medieval blacksmith moments like 6:20 or 10:02. Smashing glowing bits of metal into shape is something a medieval blacksmith understands, that poor person would literally believe we have harnessed the power of a God with that 8 tonne hammer!
First time seeing the manufacturing of molded tensile con rods.
Great machinery and workmanship with coordination.
Thank for video.
These con rods are the finest finsh I have ever seen on a forging. Amazed.
Working in this environment years ago, I can smell it right now.
Thank you for your videos 😊
Greetings from Vienna 😃
Much respect for Japan from Africa

This is the prophecy about the second coming of Jesus
Zechariah 13:7
“Awake, sword, against my shepherd, against the man who is close to me!” declares the LORD Almighty. “Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered, and I will turn my hand against the little ones.
This is the fulfillment of the prophecy.
Matthew 26:31
Then Jesus told them, “This very night you will all fall away on account of me, for it is written: “’I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’
This happened near 30 AD.
Hosea 6:1-2
Come, let us return to the LORD. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds.
After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.
In prophecies 1day is equal to 1000 years. Which means after two thousand years Jesus will return again.
And on the third day which is the 3rd millennium, we will live in his sight. We all know we cannot see God's face and live on Earth. So it's the second coming of Jesus.
Luke 21:11 ►
There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.
Matthew 24:6
You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.
We are the witnesses of all these things. From the death of Jesus to 2030 there are 2000 years. Jesus is coming soon. Let's all repent and turn from our old ways and turn to the Lord.
Praise the Lord.
Peace and Love to you all.
Easter is pagan, the resurrection day of the Lord is correct and please stop taking the Lord's name in vain like saying omg or using it with a bad word or taking it in anyway that is in vain. Even the devil trembles in his name and we shouldn't use the powerful name like that. For the people who says Jesus is not God here's a verse.
Isaiah 9:6
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
God bless you all.
Please spread this message to the ends of the world.

Maravilloso video, Maravilloso proceso...!!!!
( minutos 6-8)

Well done, thanks for sharing it with us :)
Incredible machines !. Great video ! 👍
Nice finish on the parts.
Thank you!
All you workers earned your pay, awesome work.. Love HEAVY MACHINERY

The thunder of that 8 ton hammer crashing down on that mold is a visceral experience no microphone could truly capture
it is cute, that is for sure.
It looks like it has some kind shock absorbtion.

And, I'm expecting part Two soon...the finish machining.
Great content. Thank you.
I used to bench and weld these exact parts years ago, brings back memories.
I want to see the next process where they are machined down to the correct dimensions
Yeah I was looking for that comment before I wrote it LOL.
Me too !!!
possibly done by a whole different factory - finish machining and forging are much different specialties. Many companies buy their forgings overseas and machine them elsewhere so they have better control over the most delicate part of the process.
It's easy to see why forged parts are so expensive. Thank you for sharing this great video
That's very impressive
Japanese are the apex of manufacturing proper things. They just have pride in what they do as a whole culture. It’s awe inspiring.
The 8t hammer scene is really beautiful
Thank you

Very interesting. Must be an expensive part. Considering the process.
How do you make something so boring actually fascinating? Glad you made it!
It's amazing that the hardened steel(?) mold can take an 8 ton hammer all day long and make presumably XX,XXX+ conrods without deforming.
