I've been listening to this song on and off since it was first on youtube. Today I finally realized that this song isn't just really good. It's epically great. The last chorus may just be the best he's ever written.
Never seen this before! You can tell his voice is already beginning to struggle. I wonder if people hearing this thought, "what on earth is he playing??" since this was such a huge departure from his normal style + this was before the album came out.
His voice was amazing here. When he cracked his voice, I am sure it was deliberate. It was very emotional and beautiful actually. Is hard to capture it on a camera phone.
guys is it only me or does this song have a kind of tone that is very similar to that of 'in repair' ? maybe he is studying some of his old masterpieces :):) good way to go :P u can only be inspired by the best anyway =p

This is a brave song...quite heart stopping. He's reconnecting and his songwriting is reflecting some raw emotion. Like..very much.

he's doing something weird with his voice in this version, like its too high and out of key for the song. the hotel cafe performance is better.
