Vegan Burger at Changi Airport - Curry Mayo Konnyaku Burger, 100% Vegan

Changi Airport in Singapore has quite a few dining options especially for us vegans or vegetarians. If you are on a plant-based diet and traveling to Singapore, I invite you to try Greendot Plus. They have a lot to offer for us who have specific dietary needs, from full meals, snacks, to desserts.
The staff are really nice, and I couldn’t be 100% sure I was talking to the owner at that time, as she goes around the table asking how the meal was, and if I am a vegetarian or a vegan. She was greeting customers in, and was very nice and pleasant. If she wasn’t the owner, she is the best employee there is, as she definitely treats the business as her own.
The service was also quick, and the ordering process was very easy. The ambience of the restaurant was nice for an airport setting. It is classy, and at that time wasn’t overcrowded, and looks really clean and well kept. I couldn’t wait to come back and taste their other delectable foods.
At first, I felt heart broken. I went to the airport at around 9 in the morning and immediately looked for the restaurant. I checked the interactive information board, and saw the Greendot Plus was “closed”. Take note, it said “closed”, and not “close”. I had the impression that it was permanently closed. But I wanted to see for myself; I couldn't accept such disappointment. I scoured the whole basement 1, and just when I was about to give up, I found it, and a sign that says they are open from 10AM to 9PM. What a relief!!

Chanced upon your channel from UA-cam recommendations. When you visit Singapore again, you can try going to Fortune Centre, there are a lot of vegetarian dining places there. Am also a vegetarian and try to look for vegetarian shops when I'm abroad (these have their own chapters in my vlogs), although most of the time it'll be veg options or customised orders from the regular menus for shops also selling meat dishes.
