Play catch. It's that simple. Learn to throw the Frisbee first and then play the game of disc golf. Most players don't play catch anymore. It's the easiest and simplest way to get good at controlling the disc. Trust me, my number's in my name.
It's bad form, so usually best to avoid it being a habit. It's throwing super nose up with a release angle straight at the ground 5 ft in front of you. It's like turning every bad habit into a cool shot.
@@tigelegitto the point that I would say if you really want to learn this shot, starting with an ultra star, or like, a bite or other large diameter, sloooow disc is the way to go. It's much easier to actually figure out what you need to do right to get a good air bounce. I know for 99% of us, we probably should never be trying to throw an air bounce in disc golf, but it's just a ton of fun. I have a super domey dart (you could eat cereal out of it) that I love to throw air bounces with. Super satisfying.
Alternative title: Simon and Jerm doing their thing
Getting the leaves to splash is so nasty oh my god
Fuck around shots are the best shots. Simon is King.
Woah i didnt even know this was a thing. Definitely seen it with drives but not putting!
The pitched down laughing at 0:30 is terrifying
At first I was thinking they were off the ground. WHATDA 😮
How does a person begin to execute something like that?

Nose up, lots of spin.
Applying a lot of pressure on the top of the disc with your thumb when throwing helps
I challenge you to an AirBounce Duel, Mr. Lizotte!
I forget which tourney it was but KJ has one where he saves a birdie under a branch.
Cool! I suck at these and would leave myself 60' comebacks
clean clean mista clean
3:22 This. Is. Disc Golf.
Spin with a steep angle with downward release
🎶Bounce for me🎶
This needs a least one Erika Stinchcomb drive , all her drives are air bounces
How the heck do you do this? Haha

@@andrewb9942 What a ridiculously stupid and terrible response.
release nose up with a lot of thumb pressure pushing the disc forward. It's a very useful technique in ultimate.
