Any good brace tips? I feel like I plant my front foot, but don't actually brace, I keep my weight back too much. I am currently just working on a one step, making sure my weight goes forward and I am centered more. That is helping, but whenever I add a full run up, I still struggle to get forward and brace. I will keep drilling the one step until it becomes my form.

@tristantannerdiscgolf thanks. This video alone helped a ton today. By not opening the wrist on the reach back, I was able to throw much more straight and consistent in one session. It actually made the whole weight shift feel comfortable and smooth. Still lots to tweak, but it was a big help. I was throwing these beautiful dead straight floaty putter shots. I do have to get the nose down now, as my mids and my drivers were really high and not going much farther. I feel more consistent now and see a path forward. Thank you so much!

I would like to say another positive comment about this. Even if form tips don’t work for everyone (due to misunderstanding or different body type or overall different mechanics that they want to use) I think this is very good food for thought. And, food for thought is exactly what this sport needs to grow.
So if the form tips you’re talking about help you, then they serve as “data points” about what works for some people and what also doesn’t work for some people.
Coming from you, you clearly honorably dedicated a lot of time into this amazing sport and it is a great privilege to see what works for you.
This gives me great food for thought, and I think what works best for me is watching throws and just trying to copy… and also having videos like these in my head to add “stock” to arguments of why or why not certain things work for me.
    Thank you very much!

      Day 1 of field work.
Attempting to "sit down" and not be so upright. Curling the wrist during reach back. Keeping my head neutral and "looking" at the center of the power pocket without following disc with my eyes on release.
Results: Average distance was appoximately the same asnormal (most shots between 105-112m).
Analysis: This is a good sign. Everything felt a little different, wrist and legs especially. The fact that I didn't have a drop off while incorporating new ideas bodes well. (field was extremely wet/soggy today as well). Definitely worth giving it another week or two of field reps to see if there's improvement after getting used to the new motions.
"Sitting down" seemed to add a bit of power to my more overstable shots in particular, as I'm usually standing straighter through those shots to throw flat/anhyzer
