Fantastic show! I just stopped my life for 2 hours to watch this as I was mesmerized. Love Ruth and her straight talk as well as all the homeowners. Especially appreciate how the show goes back a year later to see how the changes Ruth suggested are holding up. Well done.
Claire I feel so sorry for you but sadly they just aren't going to change - your family don't want you to succeed, so use your time wisely and do it for yourself somewhere else. I can see the satisfaction in your brother's face he's delighted he's thwarting your plans. how sad but very true.
I think the daughter has alot to do it depends on the money and how much you have it's best to do one room at a time a cafe and nice flower veg garden people can walk around and the people can pay a Easter egg hunt in the garden for children put your things in a shed and clean and paint room
They can be saved if they allow people to repair them However, Britain, has ridiculous laws that say that you have to restore houses with the same methods that they were built with. So if you live in a 700-year-old house then you have to have a blind peasant with 40 years expertise rethatch your roof. You need a second generation. Stonemason with a eunuch son, to relay your stone wall. Absolutely ludicrous They make it cost more to restore an old home than it would be to simply build a duplicate of that exact home brand new on a new piece of property
Cornelia is one heck of a Lady . So pleased Ruth has this drive and passion to help these folks steward their homes and lands . Excellent program.

The daughter will inherit and may get married and have a girl and boy to carry on history of mansion
Just let your daughter know how much money you have because she needs to pay for your funeral and the up keep of the mansion
This really is an excellent series still prefer Alex.
This isn't the same series as "The Hotel Inspector". This is Ruth's own series called "Country House Rescue"
Poor parrots! Cruel
Yup she's a mad woman! Shouldn't have pets!
