My Brother and I did not have any of these toys. However, from this Catalog I really LOVE Velvet Doll and her Sister Cinnamon:)!! I had 1 battery operated Doll, Susie Sez So back in the day, but I no longer have her. I also really love the Missy Doll's Locket in this book:)!! Also, from this Catalog, I really like the Playmate Bunny Rabbits as much as the Disney Playmates:)!! As a Child, My Brother and I had several inflatable toys. My favorite inflatable toy as a Child was my pink bunny rabbit:). As for the board games, although my Brother and I never had any of what was in this Catalog, I do remember Toss Across and Mouse Trap:)!! As a Child, my favorite Board Game was Candy Land:)!! However, my generation also was exposed to Atari and Pac-man video games, which my Brother and I loved as much as board games:)!! Thank your for sharing these really awesome toys that are real classics:)!!
Thank you for sharing your memories! My brother and I played a lot of board games. The Game of Life was one of my favorites. I will have to look up Susie Sez So, I'm not familiar with her.
Great video thanks so much
Super Memories! Rebound, Kerplunk!, Battling Tops! Loved these games! Chrissy was a favorite doll. Thanks for sharing. 😁
I have a healthy addiction to vintage dolls! Thanks you.
I had the power tool work bench. A great toy. Hours of fun with the saws and drills. I wish I still had the tools.
Happy to receive notification of your new post. Gosh, some of the games sure bring back childhood memories 😊. I remember longing for, but never owning Crissy or Velvet. Fun to see them again here ! Thanks so much 🙏🏻
Go on ebay and find them you might find some for pretty cheap! I got both Crissy and velvet for only 40 bucks and that was plus Canadian shipping for both as a lot! They were in pretty decent condition too. 😊 Although my Crissy was a turn around Crissy and my velvet was aa quick curl with missing shoes and her underwear but I'm ok with that, I just wanted them! 😄 you can always find accessories and outfits for them, either vintage or handmade.
Thanks for watching! I have a few of the Grow Hair dolls, I should do a video on them at some point.
SsFinch with dolls Thanks for the tip. I may just check out eBay. Better late than never when it comes to dolls 👍😊
Vintage Doll Collector That would be a great topic. Thanks for what you do !
That was fun! I hope we can do this again with other catalogs.
Thanks Marla! I do have more catalogs, will get to them all eventually!

Do you have any madame Alexander, baby dolls. Maybe one from 1970-1973
Not at the moment. But something new always comes along!
Very good I really enjoyed it
i had the inflatable pluto .iam from the uk just got playn jane and got her working again shes better than me at most games
LOL!
Back in the day in the catalogue toy section especially for boy and girl toys for girls items like toy washing machines and toy kitchens and prams and pretty girly things ,it would read what the item was about ,and it would have stated girls only and the same thing with boys toys , but teddy bears and toy animals and Lego and games it would have stated for boys and girls , the catalogues were a source of entertainment themselves especially they toy section and the winter catalogue was the most joyous edition
I had natures window
Thanks for showing this cool gem. Love Ideal toys. That was Busy Lizzy in North America.
Thank you for that info, and thanks for watching!
I wonder if the dolls could be used with American Girl items and clothes
American Girl accessories will work with a lot of similar size dolls. As far as clothes, you have to have a chubby doll, for example the Crissy dolls are about the same height as American Girl but much skinnier.
I have velvet found her at goodwill
Good score! I have never found a single good doll at Goodwill, but hope springs eternal!
