What little company should i ask for prototype?what type of domain?i have 20yo and i dont want to go in something bigger than me if i still have 2 printers(soon 3).Thanks!
Hi Alex! All companies must innovate and bring new products to the market if they want to survive and not be “left behind”. From my experience, often they lack the specific knowledge to make prototypes or part of prototypes, being too busy with a gazillion of other daily problems. Being able to propose to local companies with services aimed to these necessitites is king. Also, lately i see a recurring trend of clubs and companies that want a scale realization of their product (cars, boats and some heavy equipment) to show off at events and fairs. And they don’t have the tools or the knowledge to make them. 2 printers is a good start, time to invest on sales and marketing!
Hey Alex, in my local market I've had a lot of luck working with small confectionary shops & such; working making molds, displays to go in stores, etc. Small businesses commonly have a need for custom signage / displays but don't need 50 of them and hence don't want to pay a company to make tools and mass produce them. If you do end up going towards food molds & such just be very careful about cleaning out printers and making sure you use food safe filament.

faq for 3d printed item.
I design and sell things you can’t get or can only get few other places. Selling items that are in thingiverse isn’t going to get you anywhere.. imho
