I just acquired one of these in roughly this configuration, without the leg rests, which I've already received, waiting on the actuator and roller ramp tray so I can complete the install. Chair was built in Oct of 23, and the owner passed away. I have this back, and a 20x20 ROHO 3½" cushion. I've got most of it adjusted, and it's a wonderful chair.

Makes it harder to perform stand pivot transfer with those foot rests fixed to the chair
The footrest are able to flip up so they are not in the way for transfers.
