So happy to see technology being put to good use for the sake of convenience for those of us who are physically challenged. And i appreciate you taking the time to full detail the features of your standing wheelchair. Plus, not many people realise the effort people like you make even when operating on a motorised wheelchair, so to hear on how you deal with your spasms while using the chair, is admirable and shows your endurance. You have my respect and love. I am a wheelchair sales executive so your input and opinions matter to help make your life simpler bit by bit. God bless you and stay awesome always, Abby.
I'm a disabled vet and I use a pretty standard mobile chair. I believe it's just awesome there's technology out there to help us live as normal a life as possible. Being mobile and able to get around without needing another person sure makes me feel good. I feel I have my independence back. I can go grocery shopping, to sporting events, and to the mall, or even to a movie. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Abby, for sharing your experience. You looked so happy during the demonstration. Best wishes for your future and keep that pretty smile on your face.
OMG you are amazing i have been recently Diagnosed with MS “i’m an old guy it can happen” I have researched many this since i have limited mobility now from RV’s to complex wheelchairs and the people or person demonstrating the items have no idea about being in a wheelchair they sound so cold. It’s wonderful when you finally get a chair that you love! Looks like you can stand and lie down as well! I’ve just got my new powerchair an Invacare TDX2 I can’t stand but it’s super comfy and reclines.
That is an awesome chair. Another benefit is that it will help prevent getting what can be considered bedsores on your bottom. My uncle used a wheelchair for over 50 years after a car accident. The last 5 years were rough on him because after so long sitting in the wheelchair his tailbone actually was coming through his skin and causing him to have infections. A chair like this could have helped him a lot. Thanks for sharing this video with everyone!!!!

You also highlighted some issues I hadn't thouhgt about. Your video was really informative. Loved your dog too! Take care.
Is nice to see a person who is disable showing the chair. Too often they just have a sale representative showing the chairs, or a really big strong disable person who spend a lots of time in the gym. it very difficult for a disable person who rarely leaves their home and for those who can't afford the accessible home and other support they need to used a power chair.

Great question! The motor is strong, but my back, small wheels peel out more often than my last chair. Everything else has held up fine. It just depends how you treat this chair, in my opinion. I would consider it very reliable, as long as you don't forget to charge it ;)
@@abby_marsh29 odd that the rear tires are an issue. Does someone take care of that quickly ? Seems like a weak spot that the manufacturer should be working on.

I am glad this could help! good luck :)
How has it held up and how fast is the service ? Very involved chair so just wondering about its reliability. Glad you were able to get one.
@@georgecurtis6463 Honestly, I think its the tires itself
@@abby_marsh29 ok, cant see them well enough, no onfo on permobil. Solid or air ? Any way, i would get on their case as this could be very critical for you. Do not let it go ! I certainly would not let it ride.
