Q: Does PI have or own/lease any quantum computers yet? Are they creating their own qubits or just working in conjunction to, other worldwide labs who already have up and running facilities?

They made a movie about this in 1970, Colossus, The Forbin Project. A super computer designed to end the Cold War by stopping both sides from being able to attack decides to attack and take over. AI will soon kill humans in greater numbers than any plague or Inquisition we could possibly imagine.
