Great information including all the details about the stove that one could hope for. One suggestion is to position yourself to the side of the stove instead of directly in front it so that folks can see it while you are talking about it. Also, would be nice to see the drawer pulled out.
Here's my experience: right away began to notice all the corners that Verona cut to get to the lower price point. For example, cooktop grate only has four fingers so pots teeter and fall into the flame. The knobs are cheap and hard to read. Then, after using for a few months, that's when the real problems started. For example, door stops closing all the way, hinges become deformed, oven temperature becomes unreliable, and hinges become detached without warning and the door falls off (and it's heavy, so watch out). Consumer Reports gave Verona very low ratings and it's easy to understand why. Verona range is junk. Runaway from this brand.
Thank you so very much! The vent hood is personal preference. The range has it's own cooling features, so you don't need it for it to function at all. Hope that helped!
It's gas. Building codes apply. And if the burning should become incomplete for any reason carbon monoxide will apply as well! You should have a vent, a gas sensor and a CO sensor. (Or a good home and health policy!)
Can you share the link for finding a service rep in my area? I bought the Verona and have called at least 6 different appliance companies and no one will do repairs. Help! I have contacted the manufacturer and they did not help me either
Here's my experience with the Verona Range Model VEFSG 365 : it looks lovely, but looks are deceiving. Very low ratings from Consumer Reports. Buyer beware--Verona cut corners in many places. For example, hinges are super-cheap and deform with moderate usage. Oven door wont stay closed. Hinges come off without warning. Cooktop grates barely hold pots (to save money Verona only cast 4 grate fingers so pots teeter and fall into the flame). Knobs are super-hard to read. Oven temperature is not reliable. Strongly recommend NOT purchasing this brand. Run away from this brand! Complete nightmare.
So people understand, this is not a professional range, it is what is known as a pro-style range. Meaning it has the look of the professional ranges, but not the performance. Not necessarily a bad thing, as the true professional ranges require a professional level venting and air system to deal with the extra BTUs they produce. I, myself, have no need for a true pro range so am content going with a pro style.
Mentioned the gas safety, but doesn't say that she tested it to see if it worked. No American manufacturers have a gas safety in their gas ovens and cooktops yet Verona doesn't do much in the way of marketing to point this out.
I have now owned a Verona stove for 8 years now. I love my stove . It was a gift from my husband.
Excellent explaination. You are very thorough. I traveled through Verona on a holiday train tour, the range looks great. Thank you.
Oh my, so much too love!! Thank you for being so thorugh. I'd never hear of Verona. Great infromationn!
That range is sooo gorgeous!
only 16 thousand subscribers and scored a range like this? damn congrats thats a score.

Wow! What a beautiful stove. It's such an artful and stylish addition to your kitchen! Love the double ovens. SO SMART!
Thank you so much Micael! We are loving it!
A canning use of ur range review would be awesome
I went with the Hallman (Ilve) 48" and I am in love with it.
Do you still like your range? I am having so much trouble narrowing it down.
@@cjhamrinhamrin896 Yes.. Still love it. The best decision I made was buying this range. My whole family loves it.
I’m debating on buying one now but the oven size is throwing me off because I bake a LOT
Thank you for this review! I think this is perfect for my needs. 👍😊

We have had one for 9 years so far. No issues yet with very heavy use by a family of 6.
My oven and broiler (Verona Double Oven) won't stay lit. Service man came out and looked at it and said he did not know how to fix it.
@tidbits After a couple of years of use, can you update how it is going, please?
Does anyone know how to change the bottom heating element on these?
Any idea which Manufacturer made the LODI? Says made in Italy but I can find nothing online
Hello does it come in 46 inches?
Ours came with a flaw. The back right side burner never works, the moment I release the ignition mode, it turns off and so I never got to use it
@unicornhollowhomestead what problems are you having with the Verona and how long have you had it?

Beautiful stove - like the way you have it featured in your home. Do they recommend a vent above the stove as well?
Thank you so very much! The vent hood is personal preference. The range has it's own cooling features, so you don't need it for it to function at all. Hope that helped!
Thank you! A vent is a personal preference, not necessary by any means unless you want to help ventilate your kitchen range area.

I am getting one to africa does it include Manuel?

Did you ever find help? I need service on mine and am having issues

Did she say EYE-talian 0:20 not looking a thing like Archie Bunker?
Yes, EYEtalian. :P
Dual fuel means propane or natural gas. Yes your oven is electric.
Duel= electric + gas.
