I love finding you everywhere.
Also thanks for the list phresch, was just looking for it.
Please, Luke Vibert live at Sonar 2005: Min 11:15, track ID please! (Not easy to know...)
Luke Viber is a genius of the acid and funk and electronic music is the best next to the best like Aphex.
They re friends so, logic
he looks like he's checking his emails lol
hes checking YOUR emails
Haha exactly what I was thinking! Not really interesting to see but good music though!
The future of djing :)
He was using an atari ST for too long!!
yep, would be more interesting to see the screen, than his hands ;)
It's great that he used SOR's Exorcist, damn rare track in modern sets. And I really love his behaviour, silently pronouncing the vocals, doing robotic moves with his hands, suddenly rotating the switch as if he does it accidentally, not using the headphones most of the time. It's always good to see an artist with distinctive style.
It just aint '04 anymore unfortunately....
Luke just exceeds every time…..awesome set with some FSOL and MBM thrown in
Luke Vibert's the man, what a great set.
that Aphex homage at the end :).. that crowd didn't know what in the hell to do :)
It's not an 'homage' to play someones tune in a set.
@Knobcore yeah but dit Vibert intend to pay any homage to anyone
Luke and 'Aphex' are good mates from growing up in Cornwall. So he did it as a little nod to his friend
He drops Digeridoo and then let the next DJ deal with that that overexcited crowd... Good luck son, i hope you anticipated that one :D
The middle of the room crowd know whats up when Luke drops the classics.
The front row are there for their instagrams.
Luke was about 20 years too late, and simultaneously, 6 years too early for these sounds to be understood by the crowd that night
You said it
Haha spot on 🎉
epic comment bro
Loving the fact that LFO which is 15 years old is being dropped into this set (at 19.08 onwards) and DOES NOT sound dated, at all......... timeless....
+Adam Slaughter 25 years old! :-)
@@tom.konxompax 30+
I was thinking of a different LFO lmao..apparently one of those guys just died!
Fucking nailed it! Breaks, acid, rave, electro, old school classics... Luke Vibert the perfect dance orchestrator. His sets always have this diabolically rough, groovy feel. Only seen him twice, but both stick out. Come back to Japan and hook up with our mate Junya, so that I may get a chance to sit down and go through some records with you!
2:29 that time when Rick Grimes from the Walking Dead entertained a roomful of walkers with his acid beats.
lol I thought this to myself
That is freakin awesome that they have Luke play chunes to a 21 - under crowd and his selection was to school them. Hope they got it!
haha YES :))
That remix of I love acid is amazing.
that is why i return
God bless Luke Vibert played tracks from the history of house music like: Meat Manifesto - Radio Babylon (1987), Altern8 - Altern 8 - Infiltrate 202 and more.
I love the security guards expressions on the left side the whole time. Like Dear God how much longer is this sh** going to go on for. What am I doing with my life? I need to go back to school...ha, ha, ha.
I dont even count how many times I ve yet listened this !
This is hype....even 7yrs later
Killing 808!!! That’s what acid was about!!! I know this was 8 years ago, but I hear a lot of my rave daze in the 90’s!! A GREAT trip on the wayback machine ❤
Vibert Set for Boiler Room?!? This is a nice surprise, wish I had found it sooner. He remains an under appreciated genius within the realms of electronic music. He’s of the same caliber as Tom Jenkinson, Richard James, Aaron Funk, Carl Craig, Larry Heard, Ron Trent and so on...
Now what’s up w the crowd? It’s like they’re on a strict klonopin diet, do they have no feeling for the music??Thats both sad and amusing. Thank you for sharing this 🙏
St Petersburg, Northern Russia, home of Dostoevsky, I challenge anyone to make these people smile xD I'm sure they loved the music, they're just not the type to express it outwardly.
i wish Luke Vibert played at my prom too
all those future webcam girls in the background...
A great mix and a great crowd. Maybe one of the best Boiler Room.
They do not seem to realize how lucky they are 🙏. ⭐️
20:05 L.F.O. still holds up! When that beat drops. Wow. Still powerful.
Since 1991
Hehe, yeah, had that same thought too … this stuff is 30 years old (also "Dominator" at 36:21 with "I'm bigger and bolder and rougher and tougher") and the kids still dance to it 😁
Shiny diamonds 🍻
@@g3cd clueless kids tho :)
LFO WILL FOREVER HOLD UP - RIP MARK
cant wait to check this. still listen to throbbing pouch all the time
Everyone is really negative on this.
So shootout to the people that looked like they were enjoying themselves
Russia 😂
@@CanadianBGM So what? Of course, you are better people, how could I forget :)
@@CanadianBGM the problem of crowd is the problem how strict anti-drug laws. It's Russia yes.
@@ezrider81 Those folks need to learn how to enjoy music without drugs
They’re Russian so not allowed to enjoy themselves…
He's got his back to them the whole time, what the point? He might as well be playing in his house with nobody there.
nice to see these classic tunes being experienced for the first time by these kids, most of them are loving it ;)
303 master. His tunes are one of a kind.
Blimey, it's one classic after another! Good old Mr Vibert.
This is so funny. Luke Vibert a picture of calm, browsing the internet while all these people pogo-ing up and down in the background. Almost looks like like two scenes spliced together.
Love Luke Vibert and Kerrier District project.
What a cool cat he is.
Oh yeah!!!!!
i feel you luke ... i can't look at them either !
😂😂😂🤤
Acid House deserves all the play it gets and more. Pivotal
Two MBM tracks in one set! Love ya, Luke!
23:12 sad thing is none of these kids were born when fsol released that gem.
He's facing backwards because he doesn't want to look at the crowd.
It's the same reason why I'm listening, and not watching
every boilerroom is like that
@@miamivicemastermixer check out Imperial Black Unit's, DJ Sporty Spice's and Casual Gabberz' boiler rooms
And who could blame him with that idiot crowd ? 😂
I guess Im quite off topic but do anybody know a good site to stream newly released tv shows online ?
Seeing a legend as him use Ableton a crossfader over the pioneers makes me feel better as someone feeling pressured to hop on the pioneer bandwagon
there is absolutely nothing wrong with ableton and a simple crossfader.....theres a reason 808's and TB303's are still the best :)
34:00++...holy christ wow. can't get much better. saw him once in chicago, once in london. he's the knees on all the bees. mixing FSOL and MBM together in a 2014 club 'scene'. dayumn. you the man Luke.
the artist is tipper. he has more where that came from! check out his earlier work if you're looking for similar tracks.
Partail what tipper tune is this never heard it!

LFO, FSOL, MBM...Beautiful transitions xx
i think the best boiler room set is upon us
Luke has just too much much swag!!!
I love and respect Luke Vibert x
has a youtube comment section EVER not had a problem with the crowd, shit is getting old
The crowds, yeah
The Solomun Tulum set is an example, loved the crowd in that one.
But this one really blows, I'm sure the peeps in the back rows are having a good time though.
Space Dimension Controller
Bit of a bizarre sight, that one of the most talented electronic music producers of the last decades ended up playing this teenage birthday party. Amazing old school mix tho.
Watched him at Bang Face and Even Furthur! Every time is solid gold!
Vibert had to play all his classic tracks cause boilerroom hipsters don't know what's up.
+Giuseppe Testa not hipsters, kids ... the oldest look like 22 ..
+Giuseppe Testa man, it's Russia, these guys need to hear this stuff. It'll change the world having a bit of old skool context
+wood fox fuck sake , russians have been dancing to electronic music since the 80's due to hiphop and breakin !
russians are not living in the 1950's they are pretty clued up on music !
31:20
sapien82 fair play. don't want to cause offense. I heard these tracks when they came out too but I still danced to this mix every night for several weeks the other month. (after about a 3rd of the way in). It really doesn't matter any of it. dancing is timeless. it slows time for me. I just have a special loyalty to underground 90s UK dance. I know there is plenty of progressive music from all over the world. Everywhere to varying degrees free music and dance is suppressed. any exposure breaks the shackles
(these guys are still dancing like they dont really know whats hit them and I identify with that. uncertainty takes a little while to sink in and minds open. I try and expose myself to that everyday if I can in small ways. If I don't do that I feel it is the beginning of death.
uncertainty and wave riding:)
Yeh I forget those Russian Breakers are amazing. And as for some of their Parkour skills. Unreal. It's all individuals really. So easy to generalize.
brilliant set straight from the man!
Flawless mix. Loved it!!
Thats not music thats art ✓
wow, this set is amazingggg
first half anyway
So much EDM history in that set. I wonder if the youngsters enjoying it have any idea. Good stuff from one of the most underrated producers out there.
Haha, as a 22 year old youngster, I definitely enjoyed it. I was consistently asking myself "That, that sounds awesome and familiar..." , only to do some research and finding out the songs came out only when I was a kid. Good stuff.
How could they have any idea? Quarter of a century too late.
Anthems of the early 90's mix. all it needed was *Josh Wink's - Don't Laugh* to be a near perfect set for me :) & Higher State Of Consciousness wouldn't have hurt.
I Doved the 90's so much.
Thanks Luke, you are my hero
Luke is the man
un set minado de referencias maravillosas, thank you luke!
Crowd are loving it .. good stuff ..
I felt like I was in my mates bedroom, mixing it up in the 90's .. the exorcist sounds fresh, but LFO>future sound of london + digeridoo .. nah, sorry.
this set is sooo gooood
Cornwall in the house!
I had a few 303gasms listening to this, going back for more...
This just confirms that clubbing in Russia is pretty abysmal.
+Sektion9 They respond better to Dark Psy
+Sektion9 no it just proves that where ever the boiler room host something they can gather together ever posing bell end within a 100 mile radius ;-)
Dominator to Didgeridoo. Yes please. Vibert is a legend. Seen him live, so good
Even though this guy is a laptop DJ, he knows exactly what he is doing and how to do it. Fantastic set! I wish DJs would play Acid House more often...
Luke Vibert is a British electronic Laptop DJ, also known for his work under several aliases such as Plug and Wagon Christ. Raised in Cornwall, Vibert began Laptop DJing in the 1990s across varied genres, including techno, drum and bass, and trip hop.

holy mix from legend!!!
Can't wait to see this dude in Chicago on January 16 (2019).
Love it classic old skool acid ...perfect
Always a good time!
Why the negativity in these comments? Killer music, killer crowd, and LUKE VIBERT. love these boiler rooms.
amazing set!
Luke vibert is a badman
tres bon set !!!!! et quel plaisir a 23:06 d'entendre FSOL : papua new guinea ....... un superbe morceaux
could this club have any more light? jesus christ
34:45 respect to the guy actually skankin behind Vibert.
You mean Shia?
I mean if Shia is the guy dancing behind Vibert, then sure!
+Dr. H looks like em
I love this guy
gotta love this man
Blessings!!!
Dope set!
These lovely little lambs in their best clothes with their hair all styled. Acid house is older than them. Jesus.
+cx1735 Acidhouse is 30 years old, older than a vast portion of the world's population.
What you wanna tell us, that you are old and not a hipster?
That's not fair, I don't usually see ppl jumping as pogo on boiler room sets.
lol thank you for the laugh!
So f*cking good. My ten month old daughter was dancing her ass off.
luke does his music in a way like no others,. it's acid but it's more than that b/c it's funky too.
the best boiler room ever
Shout out to the kid in the white cap. He gets it.
rocked it !!!
nice oldschool set. yeah luke, make breakbeats great again...
The mix into LFO is a work of art
Amazing mix from the acid boss! :)
Nice mix
One of THE Best producers of all time!!!!! Blessing - Very funny face at 27:00,.hahaha What someone plays is more important then how he mixes it!!!
Wicked old G-SHOCK MR-G on the wrist there!
When Radio Babylon dropped they be like wtf
I have a serious crush on the blonde with short hair...
Killer set, loved it! Big up from Chile!
Jack Dangers and Ben Stokes breaks architects. James Stinson acid wizard (RIP). Human Resource dancefloor dominators. LFO frequency magicians. All lovingly mixed by Luke Vibert the Amen maniac. So much old school techno elite on display here.
EXPERIMENTAL GOOD GROOVE !!!
Oof the tune at 27:00 brought back some memories
11:15 killed me. 808 vibes!❤❤❤
