Thank you for not deleting the dog footage....just as wonderful as the sewing part. Animals make videos better! And she is just adorable!
I also love those ribbons! Especially the big one, it looks so pretty with the red and gold, and it matches the dress perfectly~
This dress turned out so pretty! Thanks for sharing the "making of" with us.
amazing
You could be the ghost of Christmas past! Very beautiful.
You literally look like the angel topper on my tree this year... from your perfect porcelain skin to your bone structure, and obviously the dress and wig - I actually mistook the thumbnail for a picture of an angel topper
What an absolutely stunning finished dress. I especially love those bows on the sleeves. Merry Christmas!
So happy I happened upon your channel, Angela! What a marvelous creation! It really helps me realize anything is possible with imagination and resourcefulness!
Such a beautiful fairy tale like dress. I've been going back in time to view your older videos and love the way you shared this in a slower manner. Detail is appreciated as it is sometimes difficult to understand when shared in a sped up way. You look like a doll in this outfit. Thanks again for the three part share.
I am so impressed with your skill. I can't believe how much of this project was done by hand! That seems so daunting to me. But it really paid off, because it is amazing!
Wishing you a wonderful Christmas with your family and loved ones! Thank you for all your videos over the year - it's been a delight to watch your passion and talent xx
You look so beautiful with light coloured hair! You look like a porcelain doll, but I admit I do love your dark purple hair haha This dress was really amazing Angela, you have such a talent
What a wonderful Christmas present these videos were! Thank you so much Angela. I hope your New Year is a bright one!
+Morgan Weber Aww, thank you for the kind words! I hope your New Year is off to a good start as well :)
I have very little sewing experience. I've repaired a couple of garments because I love them and couldn't bare to toss them and I've made a mat for my dog's food and water bowl. I'd love to make something like this when I have more experience. It doesn't seem too intimidating and you explained it very well. Thank you for sharing these videos!
i love that dress specially the color combination !
Merry Christmas, Angela. You look like a Christmas angel in your finished creation. Your videos have brought me great joy through out this year. Thank you.
+Robin R. Thank you so much! I'm glad you've enjoyed them - hopefully they will continue to do so in the New Year!
+Angela Clayton Thanks for your response. Very kind, given how busy you are. I am having withdrawals...looking for some inspiration. I was totally jazzed to see the piece on Yahoo about this project of yours! So happy and proud for you at the same time. Hope to see a new post one day soon. Best! x
Love the playful pup! Great video as always.
I stumbled on to an article about your costumes on facebook and im totally in awe! You are extremely talented and very inspiring. I used to sew as a kid and watching your videos makes me want to pick it up again! Keep up the good work!
That fabric was such a good choice!

Honesty stunning! Merry Christmas 🎄💖
I just love your beautiful dress. It is just stunning!!
This dress is simply stunning. Merry Christmas, Angela. Hope it's a good one :)
I saw no such lumpy skirt gathers in this gorgeous dress... but then I'm also a sewing beginner so I may not know what lumpy gathers even look like haha. But this definitely makes me want to start a beautifully detailed project of my own, thank you for always sharing your lovely work!
I am always looking forward to watching your new videos and can't wait for the next! Happy Holidays Angela!
You are such an inspiration to me. Your work inspires me to not give up and continue making my projects! Thank you for all the videos, i love watching them as well as following along on your blog :)

you should make a hand stitching tutorial!
He's not an interruption 😊❤
You're so amazing!!!!!!! Gorgeous
This is beautiful. I hope you can do a wedding dress tutorial or something. ^_^
I know this is not up your alley but you would be the most amazing person to exist if you were able to film a tutorial on how you would recreate captain jack sparrows outfit.
I am not suprised because you always make the most amazing dresses ,and by the way how much did you spend on this costume?
+Antruong Nguyen I believe the material costs would add up to $50 or so!
Hi Angela Clayton,
Would you do commissions? I'm wondering how much a dress like that would cost. I mean, those dresses are every little girls dream.
I'm curious about how you finished the waist on the inside? From the video it looks like you left the raw edges on the inside? Just curious as I would of sandwiched the raw edge between the two bodice layers.
+Suyi Kiyohara It's the selvedge of the fabric, so it won't fray even though it doesn't look super pretty. Sandwiching it between the bodice layers would have added a significant amount of bulk to the waistline. This way it can be tucked down, so the bulk sits below the waist and adds volume to the skirt instead!
Angela Clayton selvage is super handy!
This is really pretty could you do a Tudor dress
+juliana ward I think she already has one in her old videos c:
I have two requests. The first one is please use a thimble. My fingers hurt with you when you show all that handstitching. :) The second is please tell us where you got that beautiful skirt fabric.
If you had some burning candles in your wreath you could play St. Lucy!
dear angel ur tutorial s are awesome can pls upload a elsa dress famous Disney Princess of frozen
When will you be posting a new video? I enjoy watching all your videos and you are very talented.
+2013Dreamer I'm taking a bit of a break right now, but I should have another video or two up within the month! Thank you, i'm glad you enjoy them :)
+Angela Clayton Awsome! I'm looking forward to seeing more of your videos. 😃
you don't have an instantgram anymore?
I would buy a package of Christmas cards from you every year with your christmas costume on the front. Say twenty dollars for a dozen cards. Really nice envelopes??? You are in possession of some stunning images. You are easily as gorgeous as all the babies in the flower costumes and dressed as fruit. I know print media is not as huge as it once was, but Christmas cards still are a thing. Could be cool to market through DFTBA .
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Are you naturally this pale? Because I notice in some videos you have a slightly different skin tone, may just be lighting.
You look like Molly c Quinn!!
