It's impressive enough. But it doesn' scream 26 million.
It's in Atherton. It's the most expensive neighborhood in the US.
Location plays a very important role in cost.

Love your videos, just wish they were a little longer
Atherton: town has a total area of 5.0 square miles & you can only build single-family homes in this town (there are no condos or townhouses) minimum lot size is 1 acre and there are no sidewalks. There is no commercial zoning in the town, thus there are no restaurants, shops or grocery stores.
Don’t get me wrong I personally like them BUT how much longer are big concrete box houses going to be in style??
