It's Florida and I know wild animals can be mingling with people at times. Others are right, keep the place secured with fence that will make the kids' swimming and having fun free from the peering eyes of possible you know what maybe. Kudos for a nice choice of property. Next a good school for the kiddos to keep them busy as well.
You should check all nook and cranny around your house just in case there’s bugs, snakes, etc, creatures in every corners so there’s no surprises

A partner as a once young parent and learned through many stitches. Do no let the kids run around the pool on wet concrete , receipt for disaster!!!!!! Better learn which species are NO touch quick especially for the kids.....you live in Florida now....have fun & be safe!

I agree, you need extra security for your kids, and your house. Buy a RING, it's easy to install and a fence. Do not leave your kids playing by themselves, we don't know when the intruder is coming in. Stay safe!
The previous owner used an inverted roasting rack to stack the lids of the pots and pans. Very ingenious. I agree with the rest, that you make it a priority to secure your property by installing a security camera, with motion detector lights and fencing off the backyard, for the sake of your kids.

There's a plug outlet usually found in the bathroom that has a red test press button
Press that to reboot the circuit
So when power goes out in a certain part of the house usually the bathroom, kitchen, washers that usually happens
Sometimes you need to switch the test button on your main circuit breaker panel

I really don't understand the ones giving thumbs down to the video. To be honest, Ahern Family is one best example of social media influencer who is so humble and simple and they are sharing their blessings to other people specially those who are less needy, and yet you can see how they can manage to invest humbly and there is stability and consistency.. Am not comparing but Ahern Family vlogs deserve support compared to other family vloggers who are only showing lavish lifestyle and never helped others (well, it's their choice 😊), till some investments are gone. Just sayin', no hates 😊✌️Just having soft side with people who are really humble, simple, and sharing their blessings despite of the success that they achieved. Maybe have a fence that nothing can go through in it. Florida is home not only to alligators and lizards but difft species of snakes and water snakes as well as spiders, etc. Water can overflow from the creek. Also it can protect you from the bad elements outside.

The rack down the kitchen cabinet is for baking/roasting. You put the Turkey, chicken or roast beef on top of the rack.
And when it’s not used for turkey (I only need mine at Thanksgiving), the previous owner may have turned it over to use as a rack for organizing pot lids. Pretty clever.

Sometimes in that kind of neighborhood where everyone knows who lives in the houses it's better not having fenses so your neighbor can foresee what going around the home it's almost like a neighborhood watch
If there intruders around the house it can be easily seen by the neighbors but if the home is fense in then they can't see the intruders
Thats why homes there don't have fenses
And intruders will be afraid to be seen near the home because it's open for neighbors to see any wrong activity going on

Running around the pool is very dangerous. You should give them rules. Water is very slippery. Look at your son he jump from the edge to the steps. It's scary.
