- This is a tutorial video of how to connect a new Philips Respironics Travel Battery with a DreamStation machine. When you buy a new travel battery, you receive a cable that is color-coded blue and green. The battery is connected to the DreamStation by attaching the blue part of the cable to the blue colored slot on the battery and similarly, the green part is attached to the green-colored slot on the machine. It’s that easy to switch to battery power. Watch the video to view the connection process.

Hello, Craig. Indeed, most of the batteries compatible with the Philips Respironics Dreamstation are around that price point. You can use the Philips Respironics Travel Battery, which is $438.00, the Freedom battery which would be $336.95 with the cable to connect it to the Dreamstation, or the Medistrom Pilot-12 Lite Battery, which is $339.00. The freedom battery is a universal battery and can be used with different bands as long as you acquire the correct cable to connect it to the machine.
