Easy Restaurant Style Salsa - My Secret Recipe

A lot of people have asked for my salsa recipe over the years. It is super easy and super quick to make. This recipe is inspired by a recipe at a Mexican restaurant my husband and I use to work at. Enjoy! : )
Recipe:
2 cans 14oz roasted diced tomatoes
1 can 7oz green chile
1 medium sized red onion
3-5 garlic cloves
1/2 cup cilantro
1/8 cup jalapenos
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
juice of 1 lime

I live in New Mexico, and the best salsa is fresh, and easy to make. Fresh tomato, white onion, fresh garlic, 1 jalapeno fresh(put half seeds in), fresh cilantro tops not stems careful not to add too many. Go by taste. Juice of fresh lime, and salt. Chop in blender. It should be a chunky liquid. Go by taste. Add more as you feel it needs for flavor. That is the real deal.
Warm those chips in the oven too.

Coriander is another one that tastes like Cilantro also. For me, Way down in New Zealand it will only grow in the colder months then I cut it off before it seeds and freeze it.

Garlic, Ginger, Serrano chillies, Roma tomatoes in mine with roasted flour tortillas rather than salty chips. I appreciate your healthy approach with your chips, I have to try those.
