We have a Z3100 and love it. Moved up to a 5th wheel from a bumper pull. Will never go back. Tows so much better. Customer service has been great. Good luck.
We bought the Brinkley Z3610. Delivery this March 2025. Owned two Jaycos previous, after seeing the Brinkley and researching the customer support, it was a normal brainer. My advice, buy the Brinkley. Quality is one thing, great customer service is everything.
The Brinkleys are just beautiful! I love the decor and fixtures, and the materials look so sturdy and high quality. They think of everything, it seems! Really wonderful, I'm impressed!
I have looked at the Brinkley models and liked quite a bit of theme. To be honest with you, once I walked into a spacecraft I could not turn to any other trailer. I know that it is a huge financial difference. But I am going to be working remote and doing a lot of boondocking. I wish that there were more builders that would utilize semi trailers for RV trailer living. It would be great to see more design ideas.
Hi, we are full time in a Z3610. The skylight isn't actually a skylight, its just there for more headspace in the shower. I'm 6'6" and I really appreciate it, if you go up on the roof you will see it doesn't appear on the roof.
@MichaelGibson-bf1hy yeah you're paying alot of extra money for it so i hope they keep it up. 40-80k more money than similar rigs is not worth it for a seasoned do it yourselfer rv'er. It's not cost effective going to Indiana for repairs.
Just my hubby's preference between towing a bumper vs. fifth wheel...we are on our 3rd fifth wheel after many TT's, he will never go back to pulling a TT. I can't wait to see what you choose.
Maybe you misunderstood our video about GD - we actually had hardly any issues which was the point of the video. GD has treated us great which is why we bought another 😀
They make shelf blockers. They go on the edge of the shelf so your stuff doesn't fall out. And they make shelf mats that you put down and stuff doesn'tove when traveling
Hey, You guys asked about how to keep stuff from moving in the pantry... I use baskets with sides that are about 2 to 3 inches tall. that way i can see the product and still keep the items from moving around. Also with the pantry being more centrally located hopefully you wont get as much bounce around!!!
Bob I’m thinking you should buy two. A his and a her, that way when things start breaking you can use the other one for parts and you will always have one good working camper.😂😂 As far as things moving around use duct tape. You’re welcome for the advice from your friend Steve.😂
Correct. Brinkley wanted to design out the top 10 warranty claims from RV’s. Skylight leaks are on the list. This dome for extra headroom does not protrude through the roof.
Love our Z AIR 295 (same length but with the bunks). Some people trade out the hardware for black and it looks good, too. Those are just a matter of preference and easily swapped. Not as easy to trade out pressboard and laminate we saw from other mfg for the dovetail hardwood and solid countertops of the Brinkley. We tow with an F350, so the weight is not a factor. My fave part is the kitchen. A bit different layout than the 297, but so spacious and tons of storage. 🥰
That's crazy. An island in an RV the closest I've ever been to that depend on where I was camping lol. Bob just to let you know the bathroom is not for filming or at least I didn't think so. It's funny hearing about all the storage for all the fancy technology stuff games and whatnot. What ever happened to it being used for the marshmallows and other stuff you need when camping. 93 K come on Bob break out the wallet and buy it for the lady. It's not like you don't have it 😂👍😜. Anyway nice to see you guys and still smiling. See I knew it you probably knew what one you were going to by before you even started this little series. Take care Kids 👍 🇨🇦 🔧
No question Brinkley is popular. We upgraded our fifth wheel in June and have stayed at many different RV resorts since that time. We have had several occasions to have Brinkley owners next to us and we have compared ours to theirs in great detail. What we saw reaffirmed our decision to purchase our current RV. There simply was not enough difference in components and build quality to merit a $40k difference in price. We have over 10K miles on ours now and have been very satisfied.
We purchased a 2024 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS w/added a Washer/Dryer combo for $72,000. Comparable Brinkley best price was approximately $112,000.
This one is pretty nice! And a good brand even with the price, but you do get quality! And you don't have to get a new truck to tow it like the 5th wheel! And two fireplaces!!!!
@@liferedesigned I agree. A lot of companies are getting away from the skylights because they do have problems with leaking. My Reflection 5th wheel has the bathroom toward the back. I have an 8’ ceiling in the shower, which is great since I’m 6’4”. No skylight, but they did put a light in the shower. Any Brinkley is a great choice. I transport these things and Brinkleys really are a step above any of the other mass manufacturers.
Josh the RV Nerd talked about the blacked out sky light in the shower. It's because they include a light in the shower rather then a skylight. Apparently it's the number one leak point on roofs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Anyway, Brinkley gives you light and space for tall folks without the leak potential.
Wow, for that much money and length, I'd never buy a bumper pull. You'll need a 3/4 ton truck, so I'd go with a fifth wheel all day long. They tow better haul more and you can actually buy one the same length and will be slightly shorter due to the over hang in the bed of the truck. Gold handles, yuk. Think about the bed, looks small and it's very tight and looks jammed into the cubby. Not much for clothes storage...Don't make the mistake, buy a fifth wheel and be very cautious with Campers Inn.
We’ve been full time in our Z3100 for 17 months and I can’t tell you if you think the rv is good , the company will blow you away. Customer service is better than anything out there. Buy a Brinkley!
Love me some Brinkley! But I may be a little bias….just a little. Going to the Brinkley customer appreciation next week in Tampa. We have the Z3400 BFE. We have baskets in the pantry. That is actually not a skylight in the shower. It is just for more head room. No leaking! You to would look good in a Brinkley. Just saying 😊
@ I thought that at first but others pointed out less heat coming through in hot humid climes and the one we looked at has led lighting all around the shower, so I think it’s worth it.
Brinkley is making all the other brands take notis and step it up. Thank Brinkley
Interesting comment. What exactly do you feel they are doing differently than the rest?
We have a Z3100 and love it. Moved up to a 5th wheel from a bumper pull. Will never go back. Tows so much better. Customer service has been great. Good luck.
Right on
Love our Brinkley G3250, best one and best manufacturer out of our 4 previous RV.
great to hear!
You can’t go wrong with a Brinkley.

That's awesome! Congrats on the new RV!
The Brinkleys are just beautiful! I love the decor and fixtures, and the materials look so sturdy and high quality. They think of everything, it seems! Really wonderful, I'm impressed!
Thanks! It is a pretty awesome rig for sure 👍
Use clear plastic bins for pantry. Nothing will move, plus you can pull the 3hole bin out to reach back for food..
That’s a fantastic suggestion!
Another fantastic tour! That’s a sweet travel trailer!
Amateur hour compared to y’all ! Hey, aren’t you supposed to be getting ready for a cruise? 😀
Yes we are! So ready to go!
I have looked at the Brinkley models and liked quite a bit of theme. To be honest with you, once I walked into a spacecraft I could not turn to any other trailer. I know that it is a huge financial difference. But I am going to be working remote and doing a lot of boondocking. Don’t think something that huge (Spacecraft) would be for us. Great builder though
We have a Z 310 Air. I enjoyed all the features on a walk around but we find it lives even better than it looks. Good Luck!
Glad to hear you're enjoying your Z!
Great video ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
That has two Furrion Chill Cubes. Those AC's are fantastic. My Z3100 only has one. They are so efficient and quiet.
They work well for sure!
Can't wait to see what you choose!! So fun!!! Whatever you choose will be amazing, for sure! 🎉
Thanks, we are excited too!
That model is like turning off a dirt road onto the interstate! So perfect for the two of you and no truck payment to boot. 🤙
You've got that right! It's definitely more roomy than the previous one 👍
Howdy Bob and Karri, im looking forward to seeing what you get. Stay safe and have fun.
Charlie!!! Hi!! Thank you!
Waiting to see what y’all decided on.
Stay tuned 😀

That's really helpful! Thank you for the info!
Brinkley has top notch, world class, customer service!
Love hearing this

That thing is amazing. Think of the work that went into it. Peoples pay. Proud.
For this model I would use tension rods in the pantry
Great idea!
Put everything on the lower shelves and buy rubber shelf mats or trays to keep everything in place
Great tip, thanks for sharing!
As I had mentioned previously, if I were you, I'd buy this Brinkley. As always, Alan.
Thanks, Alan. We appreciate that! Lol
We gots ta know!
So do we! 🤣🤣
Just my hubby's preference between towing a bumper vs. fifth wheel...we are on our 3rd fifth wheel after many TT's, he will never go back to pulling a TT. I can't wait to see what you choose.
We’ll be sure to keep you posted on what we decide! Stay tuned.
That is an amazing looking camper. Not a big fan of the gold, but it may grow on me 😂.
We're split on it too!
Use baskets, bins and the shelf liner that grabs in your pantry.
Thank you!
I think you guys should have went with this one especially since you had so many problems with the GD last time
Maybe you misunderstood our video about GD - we actually had hardly any issues which was the point of the video. GD has treated us great which is why we bought another 😀
What about solar ? are we missing something for full-time.
We honestly don’t use solar much as full timers but there is a single 370 watt panel on the roof
They make shelf blockers. They go on the edge of the shelf so your stuff doesn't fall out. And they make shelf mats that you put down and stuff doesn'tove when traveling
Thank you!

🤣🤣🤣🤣
Will the armrest on the love seat move up so you guys can snuggle
Unfortunately not - that is a bummer
Blacked out skylight is not a skylight, just for more headroom without the worry of leaks.
Correct. Brinkley wanted to design out the top 10 warranty claims from RV’s. Skylight leaks are on the list. This dome for extra headroom does not protrude through the roof.
I think Brinkleys supplier had a huge discount on gold fixtures.
That could be it lol, we know they are design heavy but the gold idk

Glad to hear you're loving your Brinkley! We have a lot of the same feelings!
I like this o e the best. Except for the gold .
That gold is tough to get past for some reason
That's crazy. An island in an RV the closest I've ever been to that depend on where I was camping lol. Bob just to let you know the bathroom is not for filming or at least I didn't think so. My pantry and fridge has plastic bins to contain everything. My stuff doesn't move around.
Great idea, thanks for sharing!

You never stated what brand and model you have?
Very interesting point. Something we wrestled with ourselves
@ronstoner1656 Would you mind sharing what kind you have?
We purchased a 2024 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS w/added a Washer/Dryer combo for $72,000. Comparable Brinkley best price was approximately $112,000.
Couldn't agree more.
This one is pretty nice! And a good brand even with the price, but you do get quality! And you don't have to get a new truck to tow it like the 5th wheel! And two fireplaces!!!!
Can't beat two fireplaces in an RV!
How much solar? Does it have an inverter?
370 watt solar panel, I believe it is inverter prepped
wow you looking at it
told you we would lol
Cargo nets on amazon
Interesting- thank you 😀
Personally the grey cabinets and gold hardware are non starters for me. I like the "Italian white" decor in my DRV....
We've gotten a lot of feedback on the gold accents for sure!
That’s not a skylight in the shower. They just recessed the ceiling a bit to give more headroom. It doesn’t go through the roof.
Gotcha, we would have preferred an actual skylight just for the natural light but totally understand why they did it
@@liferedesigned I agree. Thank you as always Brian!

Interesting concept but looks so out of place against their overall design

Hear there is a lot going on in Tampa over the next couple of weeks … maybe a couple of redesigned people could show up 🤔
@ I would love to meet you folks. Hope to see you there.
Pool noodles in the pantry
Interesting 🤔
Yeah, the gold is gaudy as hell.
We are split on it for sure!
@liferedesigned the good thing is you can swap it all out. The handles are one thing but the kitchen faucets being gold are so 🤮
Good lord, can we please have more white?? Is the floor white too?? GROSS!!!
We don’t design them, we just show them 🤣🤣
It’s black because it’s not a skylight-it’s head space with one less potential leak point
Ah, makes sense I guess - would rather have the natural light from a legit skylight, just looks off
@ I thought that at first but others pointed out less heat coming through in hot humid climes and the one we looked at has led lighting all around the shower, so I think it’s worth it.
bathroom sky light leak point do away with
Sadly the gold has come back😮
🤔
Still doing carnivore?
Taking a break at the Dr’s request. If all tests go well should be back on it mid- February
Sooooo this is NOT an RV in fact, but a TRAILER!!!
You look so UNEDUCATED right now in your LAME attempt at an insult
