MiG29 unfinished, F-16 i think was unfinished, MiG23M unfinished, Gripen unfinished, F-15A underwent some changes i think but not as bad as the others. Then there's the issue of how many missiles have been pushed to the game without being finished (most recently literally almost all of the new ARHs), then there's also the issue of even if the FM's arent technically "unfinished", undergo a massive overhaul when some random player provides info to correct a company that makes $44,000,000/fiscal quarter yet can't seem to ever produce an accurate or "finished" FM until weeks-months after pushing it onto the live build.
Right after the update dropped, first match I got a guy in a JF-17 that basically drifted and gun killed me. That thing is terrifying, and I'm a Mirage pilot.
Little information: the tail 11-134 number says the airframe was made in 2011, it's a Block 1 (which was a test & evaluation variant) and 34th airframe... This fucking thing just doing u turns in the air. While testing this plane I thought I might be in arcade mode and had to check it out because of its turn. When the plane tries to correct itself while stalled, if you give the opposite controls, the plane can drift 90 degrees for a long time before crashing and its interesting to see. IMO this things rudder is just wobbly asf, you cant do manouvers with the keyboard because one lil click makes it unstable, when its unstable you cant correct it because its wobbly asf. What a bing chilling plane with interesting flight model. My oiled boi Defynn show the drift, what a lovely content creator.

It actually started as a Sino-US joint project to help Pakistan replace its aging fleet with a cost-effective solution that initially meant a modified F-7(Mig-21) with avionics and radar package from the F-20 Tigershark.
JF-17 drifting, floating, sliding in the air meanwhile Gaijin: "This is a realistic game" Feels like flight models are getting worse and worse with lazy ass development. I've got the same issue with the F-15 for example. The plane doesn't feel like it's flying in the air it's so unnatural and tailored the plane doesn't really interact with anything.

Like if we stay at the F-15 just flying straight and only touch the rudders left to right. You can see that the plane keeps a perfectly straight vertical line while horizontally the plane slides and drifts from the centerpoint of the plane like cardboard. The plane doesn’t have real weight in game and interaction with air as air and weight is not simulated by the game engine (this is how you have floating or jumping tanks in ground when they bug into random objects or when a 500kg bomb blows up next to the tank and then the tank rolls over 10 times like a beyblade put on its side) We have simply reached a point where the current state of development and game engine is simply not enough to properly simulate modern planes’ movement. (or tank interaction with the gameworld)

F-14 feels like it almost has a similar issue with the drift but I think its just the instructor forcing massive rudder deflection while trying to follow mouse aim
This. The F-14's flight model is at least somewhat stable, although it is still very poorly modelled (why does it want to skid left and right when you lose one or both rudders, theres still a tail there gaijin). This thing just has no air interaction with its tail to speak of.
The FM appears largely to be a slower F-16C that bleeds more speed. About the same instant turn in G's, roughly the same max sustained rate speed (With F-16C still having a slight edge), and similar min-radius performance. Only two things of note is that the JF-17 is about a degree per second faster in min radius than F-16C and has 50m less turning radius (~325m and 19 deg/s vs ~375m and 18 deg/s). Hence, it will have a bit of an edge if and when the fight gets slow (At the cost of even more speed that is).
Irl there are some aircraft which can do that for example gripen C with the ps05/A MK4 can basically see behind the aircraft and a total radar tilt angle of 240degrees but this one is possibly not intentional😂
The PL-5EII's appear to have the same seeker qualities both in IR source biases and in seeker FOV as R-73/Magic-2. So it's literally a Magic-2 with less agility. It does have more agility than a Standard PL-5 though due to fin angle (Standard 5B/C has 15.3 degrees fin AOA while the 5EII has 19.8. They'll maneuver like Python 3's).
Honestly I’d trade the maneuverability of the magic 2 for heavily increased range. I find myself losing so many kills because magics only go 2.2km rear aspect vs. 3.5ish on the python 3/9M/R73/PL5

What that means is between drag coefficient, mass, and cross-sectional area, the missiles lose speed at about the same rate. That and their motors get them to about the same top speeds. In practice, it means Magic is just a PL-5 that pulls harder. I've gotten 6km+ snipes with them at high altitude from almost no airspeed and no lead

Pl5EII have active roll axis can reach up to 40g overload, and sadly it got no multielement seeker which is almost undecoyable
