I just want to say how much I appreciate your efforts. There is so much information packed into the videos. You have labeled the segments so we can go to any section and re-visit. You have great videos and descriptions of your journey each day. You have added details in the notes below the video (and details on your webpage as well). It's just fantastic. I don't know if people understand how much effort it takes to put this type of production together. Thank you!
¡Buenas tardes Efrén! I feel your pane, first losing the way (& the yellow arrows) and walking the whole day in the rain. But you made it as always and with a smile on your face! That’s the most important thing! After all you ‘have to suffer’ on El Camino otherwise it’s not worthwhile! ¡Buen Camino! 👣🍷👍😎
Wow! What a day with all that rain and not so good breakfast. Still loved it, even though it didn't have the beautiful scenery. You still make it interesting, Efren.
Saludos y Buen Camino!!
Last year I walked this stage. I hardly remember it. It was my 30. day of walking (Camino Frances to Leon, Camino San Salvador to Oviedo and further on to Gijon to meet my wife) In the evening we went out to get something to eat. Found a very nice restaurant serving Pulpo ). During the night I got very ill and had to empty my stomach several times. The next day we went off and I was walking like a zombi up that climp you mention. Your film show what I did not see (took only 12 pictures that day). We did not the detour :-) But it was a very hard day - rained all day too. So really nice to "walk" again.
Hi Efren ! A harsh day, but I'm glad it ended well ! I stayed at the same albergue in Muros de Nalon last summer, a nice place. Thank you for this journey back in time !
I remember that blue bridge before Muros de Nalon in a bad way -- we passed it with two bicycles, which was essentially impossible on the little footpath at the side. Crossing that extremely busy street, so we could cycle on the other side, was the single most dangerous part of the camino I remember. As there is a turn in the street right before it, you do not see (and can hardly hear) approaching traffic. A short time later, before the footpath to Muros de Nalon, we again had to get back over the street, albeit with some better visibility along the street. I can recommend the Albergue La Naranja Peregrina (red house when entering Muros de Nalon) that you passed on your way. Its like being in someones living room. Thanks for the (as always) nice video!
Minute 6.07 , This is for you !
Anyone doing this stage should skip the Camino and do the Senda Norte instead. Just keep walking along the beach in Salinas and you’ll see the sign once you go through the tunnel. It’ll be nothing but beautiful coastline and beaches all day.

Next time I make a wrong turn on a camino I plan to use you line of Making my own Camino, thanks for the new saying
