That story really is something. Sona is in all reality a good and kind person who chose to try and bring peace to her adopted home knowing the risks. She tried to give people a sense of peace and in return was hunted for it, forced to use har means of peace as a means of war. Truly tragic. I'm curious how she and Lux will interact later on because I'm betting it's more so when they meet instead of if. Maybe they create a 3rd group determined to save mages and preserve peace, keeping them at odds with Sylas's rebellion and giving them a chance to convince Demacia of their good will.

Rico O' Rourke that is not how it work. 3d model using for game and cinematic are both different. In game you would like your 3d model have minimum polygons so the game can smoothly work, in cinematic and movie 3d model have extremely high polygon to show off the detail and make it realistic. If you put a cinema model in to a game, your FPS will significantly drop because your pc have to work much harder to handle the high polygon model, unless you have a high end pc.

And that is why she's such an intresting champion, everything about her is so unique yet complicated to understand, hope in the future, after mundo, shyvanna and nocturne reworks, maybe they could rework sona's 3d model aswell.
I’ve been wondering if Sona would join Lux and her cause. Makes me wonder, what other champions would join Lux in her quest to fix Demacia. Garen and Galio are definitely on her side. Mabye Garen could convince Quinn And Xin Zhao. Shyvana probably would want to talk sense into Jarven. And I doubt Poppy enjoys what Demacia seems to be turning into.

I like how she fits into the story and shows how ionia and especially demacia is affected by the conflicts (even though you see this in other stories a lot too but from an artists perspective) PS: Skin spotlights did it again: a video with LoR interactions that reveal a lot of cool things and also confirmed a few of your theories - (btw i think tyari and the other two climbers just got somehow seperated.. maaayybe the other two are still climbing)

*THEORY* I think Sona might be the daughter of a Spirit and an Ionian. Perhaps the Ionian died in the war, and the Spirit couldn't take constant care of her, so she sent her to the orphanage. It would explain why Sona can see magical essence while others can't, why she has such a peculiar quality (being mute), and why the instrument will always come back to her. It would also make her stand out among the other champions (we do not have a character who is part spirit, part human by birth).

*THEORY*
I think Sona might be the daughter of a Spirit and an Ionian. Perhaps the Ionian died in the war, and the Spirit couldn't take constant care of her, so she sent her to the orphanage. It would explain why Sona can see magical essence while others can't, why she has such a peculiar quality (being mute), and why the instrument will always come back to her. It would also make her stand out among the other champions (we do not have a character who is part spirit, part human by birth).
Her bio states that she was left at the monastery years before the invasion though?
@@kayschut9327 So maybe the Ionian just died from natural causes (such as illness)? I still believe that there's something special about Sona's upbringing that we haven't seen yet.
