UK Electricity Blackout Plans Explained. (Not my video I found this on Telegram).

This is how the National Grid in the United Kingdom, will implement rolling Blackouts (Power Cuts) in the event of any energy shortages during the winter, some good information here, at least if we know when they will occur, we can be prepared & plan around them.
