Single Downturn Feller | Serger Technique

Single Downturn Fellers turn the hem on sleeves, neck lines, and the bottoms of garments. Available in different sizes (widths), when attached to your serger, they will turn fabric for you while you stitch the hemline on your garment.
These Single Downturn Fellers are shown on a Baby Lock Ovation serger and are adjustable to allow for precise fabric feed. Downturn Fellers are available for many different serger brands.

question: using this as opposed to doing a typical coverhem? is the main difference that this will turn under your fabric and a standard coverhem YOU have to do it?
