Thank you so much. I purchased a Triumph serger and cannot get the dealer to give a class that was supposed to be included in the price. I will watch all of your videos and am anxious to use my machine.
Love the tutorial! So clear and very well done! My question is, can I use a single fold binder with elastic to sew swimwear? This would be after attaching elastic to the edge where say it would go around the back of the swimsuit and have straps on either side coming up around the neck. Thanks
Thank you for the video. Can you please what cause mine keeps falling off the bias? It would be going fine for about 5-6 inches then it falls off. Thanks
Would you use this foot with knit fabrics? I'm looking for something to use for attaching knit necklines to tees and sweatshirts. Not sure if I need this one or the Double Fold Bias Binder 10mm for Knits/Wovens, which has a feeder for the fabric.
I see no one has answered your question. Yes this is for a serger. This process uses the cover stitch, not the chain stitch. You might want to check the manual for your machine to see that it does both stitches.
BEST description of the difference between single and double fold binders I’ve ever seen. Thank you for clarifying so clearly, and for the tutorial 😊
Wonderful camera angles and teaching, as I am new to sewing and learning is overwhelming sometimes.
Another great tutorial by Superior Threads. I can always count on you for thorough, well presented tutorials. Thank you!
Thank you for a clear explanation.
Sue Green-Baker is a serger goddess! Everything she does is fantastic.
Thanks, Sue. This was very well done!
Wow what a fantastic video. I'm just learning how to do gaming sewing. Thank you for your great and clear explanation!
You are so welcome!
Just found your lessons, thanks so much it’s really helpful.

According to Baby Lock's website, the Double Fold Bias Binder is recommended for curved edges, collars, and necklines on knit fabrics.
Which meachion this.... How much the reaction?
How much rate meahion
This is a cover stitch machine, NOT a serger (overlocker). Bias binders cannot be used with a serger.
So, this isn't for a serger. Only a serger that does coverstitch. :-(
