      The problem with northeners is that it's not enough people around to develop proper people skills. Virus isolation doesn't help either. I have high hopes for the scopes, I was adviced this scope should have very high image quality. I have seen it shot a bit (super click adjustment, key point for me) and briefly looked through it, but not properly used it yet.

    Helt fantastiskt! En video för unboxing ska fan inte ta mer än 6 sex minuter! Allt vi (jag) vill se visas, plus en hektisk klippning för lite comic relief i ett kompakt format. Andelen unboxings på youtube som är några hundra procent längre än vad som är rimligt är bortom alla nivåer! Ser fram emot utvärdering och dina tankar efter att nyttjat systemet i praktiken! Speciellt gällande Handhavande av Turrets och vilket riktmedel du kör med.

    • @THLR
      @THLR  4 роки тому +1

      Riktmedel er enkelt da Blaser bare tilbyr 1 variant. Med første fokusplan og +/- 4 cm mellom dot/bar på alle kanter burde dette løse ganske mye jaktskyting. Det var ført og fremst kombinasjonen lavere vekt/ gode turrets/ skumringsegenskaper som valgte frem kikkerten men jeg er litt usikker på hva jeg ender opp med å mene om den integrerte BDC systemet. Tårnet er riktig godt å håndtere, men jeg har en sterk preferanse for å bruke en tape med min kulebane - jeg er usikker på om det lar seg gjøre å montere dette evt tilpasse tårnet ( pusse ned ringen for hånd) for å lage stort nok mellomrom til å feste en BDC tape. Skytebanen er ihvertfall 1 måned unna for meg, så vi får se hva som skjer.

      Ja skulle gjerne ha hatt bedre støtte for vindavdrift, det blir litt stusselig med en ordinær Plex. Men åpningen rundt center dot er +/- 4 cm alle veier (0,4 MRAD) som er min default vindhold på de fleste jaktskudd. Så vi får se om jeg blir fornøyd, til rådyrjakten vil iallefall 99,9% av skuddene mine være dekket. Pønsker på hvordan jeg skal modifisere BDC tårnet til bedre passe min preferanse for ekstern BDC.

  • @samukoski8431

    Joined the R8 camp last week. I have to say this channel might have inspired the decision. I've been long time subscriber but had to switch my account. It's 9.3x62 but still crazy accurate. I've never shot just one ragged hole with my T3.. I'll be getting another barrel as soon as I decide between 6,5x55 and 6.5Creedmoor. Have you managed to shoot out R8 barrel yet? How many shots did it last and what would be your criteria to retiring a barrel? With the new scope, are you using one barrel for hunting and another for tacticool shooting right? Same or different calibers? Try and stay healthy there.

    • @THLR
      @THLR  4 роки тому

      Glad to hear you are happy with your R8. Absolutely agree, very accurate barrel. No, I haven't shot out an R8 barrel yet but shot out a few R93 barrels. With 6,5x284 the barrel caved at 2400-2500 rds when flyers started appearing at 600m. Still shot plenty good for hunting. I haven't decided how to go with the scopes yet, will have to see how they "melt" into my setup. Good luck & see you on the other side!

      No. I have done work for Blaser and been paid and tipped accordingly, but that is not connected to a sponsorship or UA-cam. If I am to work for anyone, I will expect payment for work done as that is how the western economy works. It is very simple: If I work for you, we set up a contract and you pay me for my labour. I am sure a sponsorshop is within reach if I ask, but I'm not really interested. For many companies, "sponsorships" is closer to modern day slave labour. UA-cam is a hobby, not something I'd need to make money off. I have a daytime job for that purpose.

      I beg to differ, it requires finesse to apply that much force and intensity without doing damage. :D

      THLR.NO true, but I can’t see Blaser double up on a sister companies production process.
      Plus ain’t nothing wrong with Minox. I like my ZP5 a lot.

      No thank you. When you factor in the expense of taking days off + travel + hunting = that extra $ is not that much compared to what's at stake.

      @@polopauletta9984 Yes, the scope is at an attractive price point, but it is the wrong place for me to save money. Buying a Vortex would risk the $$$ spent on a hunting trip. I need maximum shooting light and maximum resolution.

      It's a parody of unboxing vidoes. Promotion is not my job.
