    Hey bro , do you have a tutorial video on how to find the BPM on a beat you bring into Cubasis ? I’m having trouble understanding how to find the correct tempo . I heard some programs have an auto find method that calculates the correct tempo for you , not sure if Cubasis has it. Thanks

      We have a video on how to detect key but not bpm. Cubasis comes with a time stretch feature so you can easily stretch a given audio clip to the project's bpm. The best way to detect a bpm is simply to use the tap method. So play back the clip in question in the media bay and then on the project's bpm tap in the bpm by tapping along with the clip in media bay.

    Please tell me! How to record a musicians' rehearsal into a stereo track in cubasis??? What wire should I buy to record a stereo signal on the track? The thing is that when I record through my sound card, only a mono signal comes in. But I would like to get a full stereo track from my mixer in cubasis.

    • @MobileMusicPro
      @MobileMusicPro  3 місяці тому

      Tracks in Cubasis are stereo by default so if a mono signal is coming in it would be because of the soundcard its being plugged into. You have to make sure your soundcard supports stereo such as the focusrite 2i2 then you can plug in a stereo mic that has 2 cables into that focusrite to achieve stereo recording.
      You could also plug 2 mono mics into the focusrite 2i2 and then pan one left and one right in Cubasis and achieve stereo that way as well.

      @@MobileMusicPro Is it possible to get stereo without a sound card at all? Maybe there are some stereo cables from USB? It's just that my audient id4 ii card only has one line input and a second guitar input. I like my sound card, I would not like to change it to focusrite (((((Are there really no other ways?

      @@user-rq3dt7oi9s I think if you have a stereo mic you can plug one cable into the line input and one into the guitar input to achieve stereo recording.

    no way to send track to mono outputs with a multi output interface in cubasis 3?

    • @MobileMusicPro
      @MobileMusicPro  Рік тому +1

      Cubasis does support any class compliant interface but anything that comes out of Cubasis will be stereo or dual mono.

    And how to open mono aidio track in Cibasis?

    • @MobileMusicPro
      @MobileMusicPro  Рік тому

      Mono is not directly supported in Cubasis so when you import a mono track Cubasis will automatically convert it to Dual Mono.

  • @MrBassmog

    can you convert mono to stereo by using the fxpack1 'stereo width' ?

    • @MobileMusicPro
      @MobileMusicPro  14 днів тому

      Absolutely! You can also mixdown any track to a mono wav file as well that you can re-import back into your project.

    • @MrBassmog
      @MrBassmog 14 днів тому

      @@MobileMusicPro I tried just widening the 'stereo width' but after mixdown it was still mono, so i just duplicated my mono track and paned 1 to the left and the other to the right then did a mixdown and that changed my mono track to a stereo track after mixdown. If there's an easier way do let me know! thank you so much :)

      @@MrBassmog Ah apologies I read your original post wrong, I thought you wanted to go stereo to mono. To convert mono to stereo you can simply mixdown the track to stereo or yes you can duplicate track and pan one left and one right, or for individual WAV files there's a stereo/mono toggle in bottom right hand corner which you can find in this video here: ua-cam.com/video/ECcZN4dt_hc/v-deo.html

    Useful I have a question not related to this I’m confused on the studio quality setting for audio im not sure what it will do to my vocals if I enable it

    • @MobileMusicPro
      @MobileMusicPro  Рік тому

      From the manual: "On iOS, enabling this mode minimizes all input and output signal processing that is normally applied by iOS. This can significantly reduce the output volume and the gain of audio recordings. On Android, this setting only minimizes the input signal processing (output is unaffected) and maximizes the system's sample rate conversion quality, in case automatic sample rate conversion must be applied."

      @@MobileMusicPro Thank you also random question why don’t you make videos on mixing, recording, modern pop songs fx etc you mainly do certain fx or for instruments it’ll be good to see a video of mixing vocals and making songs since you’re mainly the only channel making Cubasis 3 videos can’t find any more videos of making songs on Cubasis 3 anywhere so it’ll be helpful

      @@brayan4150 So we do have several track break down videos such as how to make a synthwave track or how to make a lo-fi track. For now though we do have a bunch of mixing videos in our "How to process" series. So we have how to process drums, melodies, ect...
