For some reason the PRV sounds the best after watching through my tv, and computer. I think it was y'alls least favorite though. You did not give an official rankings, but it seemed that you were not as big on the PRV. Thanks for the video, just can't get enough of your videos.
It was more of an upper frequency range test and the difference in spl and sq. You can get a rair idea of what a midrange would sound like without being in a box, sort of like an infinite baffle test. Of course that same test with subwoofers would be useless.
@@MasterDJRennEminence mid-bass is not important enough to create the best sound. The Eminence's midrange is better than all, although to complement that are the compression drivers. In the box with JBL compressor, for me PRV is the best and most complete. Please note that the professional two-way cut-off frequency is less than or equal to 2000 Hz, it is not necessary for the woofer to reproduce above that. For playing so loud, Eminence and Celestion are the best brands for guitar cabinets, bass, etc...they are amazing. Just my opinion for use in PA.

Example for 2" Mid frecuency compressor 150w rms : PRV D3220PH = 80$ JBL 405TI = 200$ Ok. JBL 15" 2226H is superior but You pay 500$ for It , the same with B&C, etc... Your video is perfect help to buy a good woofer, many times we pay more for less quality. It is necessary to compare and listen carefully before purchasing. Thanks for your answers and time.

The PRV is mid range the RCF is mid bass. The PRV would not handle the power like the RCF at a higher volume so the RCF will get louder than the PRV
Correct, if the drivers were in a box, the RCF would be louder in the mid bass frequency.
RCF might be 16ohms, not sure about the others. Possible impedance mismatch.

The 10" PRV sounded better and louder than the RCF and the 12" McLaren, but fell short against the Eminence Kappa.
