RPG Painting Robot with Turntable and Dry Filter Spray Booth

6 axis painting robot with two station turn table for steel drum painting tests. Robot is hang installation for maximum reach with less space requirement. Turn table is configured underside for product load /unload which will be concurrent working with robot programming. Turntable is powered by servo motor to program the support holder continuously or with specific angle rotate.
Behind spray booth is complete stainless steel with dry filtration setup. Dry filter configuration is highly recommended when there's environment consideration where there is heavy humidity. Dry filtration will make it easy for quality control and there's no waste water to deal with.
