Temu is shipping goods to the US and pays no tariffs or duties on their products at all.
Temu is not required to provide Customs and Border Protection with data regarding the contents of the packages so there's no regulations on the shipments entering the US.
Normally countries who are genuinely at war with one another impose sanctions, boycotts or they divest. Wall Street however is having a investment frenzy in China and collapsing US companies in the process. BlackRock, StateStreet, BlackStone.

Thing is everything on Temu is sold on Amazon. Most products in US retail stores are from China. The only really difference is Temu is factory to consumer direct, cutting out a retailer middleman. This isn't anything new, you could do this for years on eBay. You need to be careful though because the one thing US retailers do is quality control. You don't want to buy electronics without UL, CE certification that could be fire hazard.

Tried it once, the quality of the stuff was horrible (it's ok we didn't expect Gucci level craftsmanship) but the wedge shoes were unwearable, couldn't even support body weight because the materials were so sub-par. The chemical smell of the clothes and shoes was off the chart. My family and I deleted the app. Not worth it!
