Hands down the cleanest DR350 in existence! Those new plastics really bring the bike into the 21st century.
I know this is an older video but thanks for making this! I picked up a pretty roached 1990 DR250 dirt model and this is some great inspiration. Defintely want to look into that RM 250 front end swap

the exhaust is custom fabricated by myself, the muffler is just a unit i found on ebay super cheap

Hey I have a 2003 drz 400 I want to get a more modern front suspension kinda like what you did here do you know how I can do that? Can I just get forks like this or do I need the whole thing (forks and triple clamps for the forks) and do you know if a different triple clamp would bolt up to the frame?
Anyone know if the newer DRZ400sm front end fits these old DR350
I cant find that headlight and cover anywhere. Any idea where you found it?

it would be different for most bikes since i am using an inverted front fork setup. but the stock dr350 upper brackets were used and were close enough to make do
You forgot to mention what front fender that is? Also interested to see how you have the headlight mounted.

the front forks were very simple since i used the whole assembly, the only thing i did was buy bearings the correct size for the upper and lower frame and stem

just spoecific bearing sizes, i did some posts on it in the thumpertalk forum for the build log.

I hate to do that as links change and die. The rear fender fitment was rough.. front fender wasn't too bad, but would have been easier maybe sticking with Suzuki bolt pattern . Headlight was from eBay, just have to match it up in pictures as I can't find the link to it anymore.

yes, but shortly after i got a drz400 sm and have turned it into my adventure bike.
