@@CorbinOviatt I'm going to define the word inspiring. It means giving someone positive or creative feelings. Hanna has conquered fears, she’s an en entrepreneur, she's completed multiple projects, travels, she speaks Spanish, she's open minded, and the list goes on. Clearly she's inspiring otherwise she wouldn't have so many subscribers. This is my opinion, but based on others who liked my comment, others find her inspirational to. If you don't think what she's doing is inspiring that’s you.

Those old windows are beautiful but they’re single pane and let in/out a ton of heat. You’re probably going to want to put an awning or shade over the outside so your house doesn’t get 100 degrees. And aluminum on the inside during the winter so you’re not leaking tons of energy.
Its also not something that cant be adressed at a later date if needs change, making it functional for the people staying at a place is more important than renovating for some imaginary person. The window looks absolutely stunning and it really opened up the space, really looking forward to what Hannah does with the rest of the bathroom. As long as shes happy with it I'm happy

In other words you should read the response from the person putting in the window, who had factored in those issues. Go Hannah you clever, brave woman! Too many back seat drivers around as always!

Hannah is also right with her decision and approach (she clearly considered the single pane window issues and planned accordingly). Multiple things can be true/right at the same time. Life is intriguing like that.
The transformation of that tiny room is going to be absolutely amazing!! The view through that pretty window of the woods will be sweet. This is a wonderful idea!!

I’m sure it will open up that room so much & give it a whole different look & feel! 🥰 I have a lot of old windows as well that we got from a few of the old barns & sheds that were on the property at the farm I grew up on that I’m now saving to use to decorate in my new She-Shed that I’m getting ready to build. I’m super excited to see how they will look! 🥰

We are in Australia and im dreaming about maybe getting to do this kind of thing, but recessing the window slightly, with our very old corrugated shed wall & using the cut out as a kind of awning propped up that can be also then bolted shut back into the wall in case of cyclonic weather (far north Queensland, so a couple times a year)😅, anyone else done similar?

it’s a 3 season cabin, or I would have been much more concerned about it. Also very wooded/not much sun on that side of the house
