I love how landscaping comes first. Landscaping comes so easy to the renovators, it seems. Even with a vision and ‘map’ I can never seem to make it come out right. So beautiful! I am now inspired to add roses to my landscape. 😊🌹 And the arched windows! I was so afraid she was going to make them square. They turned out beautifully, modern, yet old touch. Gorgeous, and a wonderful idea. Something more people renovating should think of.

My favorite color is blue so I especially loved those. And I loved how she talked throughout and described everything. The pond was gorgeous too! Great video. So many presenter's basically show yard work. Many interesting inside views here. The way you address the issue of roof ventilation. Interesting to see the glazing of windows. Similar technique, but different shape to glazer points. Too many remodelers here use all that cheaply made furniture. You took old, but well made furniture and refurbished it. NICE! Think about including your kitchen and how food is prepared. Thank you for an exceptional video.
Leaving the big city indeed. That is the best thing to do given the murky outlook for the future. The house and gardens have become fantastically beautiful. It is quite enviable. You have to work very hard for it, but then you have something very beautiful. And you can live nicely independent of the terrible supermarket though where the food is getting worse and more expensive. Hopefully the woman who bought it won't be too bothered by the passing trains.

Try a soaker hose. It’s a hose that has a lot of small holes in it. Lay it down next to the plants you want to water. Water goes directly in the soil deeper and does not evaporate easily.

Do you have trouble with aphids getting in your plants? I use soapy water to spray them. The surfactant in the soap makes the water drops so fine that bugs will drown in it.
