Psychologically..I agree that it's definitely NOT IT. But,here in sk the procedures are relatively safe even for teenagers. When u go to trustworthy surgeon, people under the age of 18,needs to do bone scan of their hands and full body of medical checkup before doing surgery, to see if they could handle it. When your bone scan of the hand indicates there's no significant growth in bone, u basically allowed to do any procedures, this is an ultimate necessity when u want to get rhinoplasty or jaw surgery. With all of these pre-examination the safety of the surgery could be ensured. I'm not saying all students are doing this, but the one with money and parent's approval mostly would go for it. The thing is..with social media nowadays. A quite number of kids in sk did early surgery like this in order to make so their surgery would be more "undetectable", (obviously at this age, teenager tends to take and upload alot of pictures).Since their teenage features were already altered, when people trying to dig into their "previous" looks, they would think they are completely natural. They usually only share early childhood pictures like when they are literal toddler and the middle school or high school one, where they already got something done. Just fyi, they usually got it done a few months before taking graduation photo, that way they could get a good shot pics on the school photobook. I got my eye done before mid-school graduation and nose before hs graduation. It may seems too young for alot of people, but yeah.. everyone around me was literally doing the same thing😂.Eventhough I wasn't a fan of putting my face on socmed, peer pressure was pretty intense back then. Fortunately, i didn't regret it, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but honestly If I have the chance to go back over time, I would still do it

Most minors are still growing into their features, having them do surgery before they can fully develop is horribly irresponsible.

i dont know why so many people view plastic surgery as a bad thing when its not even ur own face or body. kids in korea literally get plastic surgery as birthday presents and their parents let them so who are u to say its bad or stupid for them to do it
It’s stupid af to get a growing teenager plastic surgery as a gift. The body and face change SO much between 8-25 both physically and mentally. Breaking your nose at 16 for a nose job is highly irresponsible when said nose is going to keep growing and changing for several more years. Not to mention the self confidence and maturity you gain as you get older and realize that all your insecurities as a teen were not that big of a deal. That’s not something you gain going underneath the knife as a teen and plastic surgery that early often teaches those who have it the quick fix of getting things changed vs. learning to love themselves

@twinsizeadventure Idgaf, I don't support cosmetic/plastic surgery for superficial/shallow reasons. Only surgery for serious reasons and HEALTH issues, like you said, for people with disabilities.
Imagine if EVERYONE started getting surgery just bc there's something they don't like about their face/body. Do you think that everyone would be happier? 🤔 Instead of just accepting themselves as they are naturally and having more confidence in their real/natural beauty.
@faceofvision Because the K-pop industry is the one who is most influenced and known for these sh*tty & toxic beauty standards (eating disorders, dieting to become extremely skinny, plastic surgery, pale skin & white-washing to look like a real life "doll", etc. Basically, never being satisfied and changing everything about yourself.)
It’s not exactly something to be proud of
She's very superficial, and people these days think she's goals
... Let them get older they will realise they were so stupid looking up to self obsessed, vain people like her. Being celeb this self obsession looks ok on tv but as a non celeb person that kind of character will just push away people who care about u
Just look at queen Sandara, she's the one who has real grit and character and beauty
What group is she from
she is not a kpop idol. shes a beauty influencer who got famous for the dating show singles inferno
@@em8588 oh thank you!
She doest crave attention shes just being real because u asked
She looks like wonyoung
Wonyoung looks like her. Jia's older
I don't know her but she looks like wonyoung
Actually Wonyoung looks like Her. Jia is older.
But she got many others fixed too, am I wrong?
Wonyoung’s idol lol
She gives off wonyoung vibes dude-
Is that Sandara Park, the other younger woman?
Yes
I saw her apology video without makeup and she looked so different, so plain, not so pretty. The power of makeup is real🤯
How shallow is this conversation she is beautiful but like what else..
You call it shallow, I call it a good example for ps should be handled. Be confident to admit it, don’t set unrealistic beauty standards
I like the fact that Sandara cannot connect with Jia's energy. 😅
IN HIGHSCHOOL ??? She was like 16 why is a minor getting ps
It's normalized in south korra sadly
It’s very normal in Korea. a popular gift for high school girls when they graduate is plastic surgery (normally eyelid surgery).
@@Vivian-ho1xu yea but it does make it okay it could mess up w their young bodies/faces + its disgusting to feed on their insecurities by giving them access to ps
Fortunately, i didn't regret it, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but honestly If I have the chance to go back over time, I would still do it
@@NanaGymBroos Plenty of botched Koreans who are even celebrities. Heck, there's a Korean girl on youtube who did a whole video about the poor ethics of plastic surgery clinics and why she'll never do it. There's also millions of horror stories online of bad Korean plastic surgeons. Heck, you can find a blacklist of clinics. Not to mention, this isn't solely about safety. Most minors are still growing into their features, having them do surgery before they can fully develop is horribly irresponsible.
Pretty sure not only her nose, but at least she admitted to that. Also it is proof that in Korea kids can have beauty surgeries and procedures too and that even young idols are already after such procedures.
A cara da Dara 😂😅
you can tell all the other celebs changes their facial expressions probably thinking, "oh dang maybe it is okay to admit about ps in front of public"
Ugh. So sick
?
Really??😮😮😮😮
Thank god that surgeon did not fucked up, and the nose shape complimented her
Cause it's stupid to hide something obvious. Like so what!
Why was Dara looking annoyed? 😂
whats with the captions 😂😂 If doing plastic surgery means craving for attention m,bthen the entire nation must be full of attention seekers, seeing at how plastic surgery is popular
She got her nose done, her lips, Botox, and whitening. I’m only saying this so that you guys don’t feel insecure about how pretty she is when she bought it.
i dont know why so many people view plastic surgery as a bad thing when its not even ur own face or body. kids in korea literally get plastic surgery as birthday presents and their parents let them so who are u to say its bad or stupid for them to do it
It’s stupid af to get a growing teenager plastic surgery as a gift.
“she shares this because she craves attention” DAMN BIT HARSH??????💀
gotta watch the whole episode to get the joke
@@ShamW0Wzerwhat’s the show called??
Lip filllers?? 😅
Yes you can easily tell Jia also has lots of filler in her lips by how her top lip sits and how big her bottom lip hangs.
If jennie and wonyoung had a baby:
But you can tell it's done. It's very well done though❤
Aren’t they all there to get attention ? 😑
Wait, Park Na Rae has twin sister?
