I do have one the same, there is power but not rotating, I think the top gear belt is not rotating the mixer. Couldn’t open the top cap, opened the screws but not opened

I bought this machine yesterday and today i tried to kneading dough, bowl was full of flour it mixed for 2 minutes and it stoped working I don’t know what happened, speed rotating thing was still lighting up but isn’t working can somebody help me with this?
@@syedaafreensiddiqua9483 just wash the tools properly and clean the part where the dough is stuck, and then use less quantity of flour, knead two times
