Hey Justin I know it’s been a year since we last spoke. After the passing of my mother and grandmother I had to stop buying Hot Toys for a while. However I decided to reignite my passion and get this Mark 6 figure. Thanks for reviewing this. I want you to know my Grandmother loved your videos. She’s been gone for 3 years now but I enjoy watching your reviews because as a Fellow Hot Toys collector, it’s good to know what you’re getting. Can’t wait to get my Mark 6!
Missed out the 1.0 Diecast, and only had the plastic one in my hall of armor, among all the other being Diecast... So really happy that they did this. Also super excited for 2.0 of Mark 2, since it will be fixing the height.

I agree so many others should get a 2.0 black panther upgraded suit, killmonger James franco New Goblin, etc... that and the spider man 3 black suit needs to be fixed in general

The new paint finish on suit and the weird head sculpt isnt enough for me 2 get this version. Great review as always! Just a matter of time till a 2.0 of the Mark 4.

Got mine yesterday after seeing this vid a few weeks ago and ordering as soon as I found a good price. Love the stripped back armour look, he really looks like he is wearing a real suit made of exotic metals and cutting edge technology. God knows where I'm going to stick the Gantry but its a cool display base and am glad I paid the extra for it. So yet again Justin, you tempted me with another cool and balanced review and I'm not a strong willed person! Looking forward to the next one.
I just picked up the 1.0 for a really great price and I don't think I'm missing out too much. I don't have room for the use display from the 2.0 and the overall figure looks exactly the same with minor paint differences if you compare them right next to each other. Love this figure!
Yeah, definitely a 1.5 but still a VERY good 1.5. For me, to be called a 2.0 it needs to be like the mk 3 2.0 - substantial improvements. At this point, if they are going to do 2.0s they should incorporate the ground pound pose with proper articulation and the plug in feature to light up the figure instead of the button cell batteries - despite the lifespan of LEDs. If they want to keep things fresh with Iron Man they should really start looking at making more of the House Party Protocol diecast. They have silver centurion suit up so just make the figure. Make Blue Steel as well. AND Diecast Starboost!!!
Quick question..Do you have any understanding of the 500 PO orders for the new deadpool figure and what that means. And it says on popcollectibles that the figure is ready to ship in August. Is that just a limted release or is that when this figure is scheduled to ship ?
Very cool display piece! It's like I want it but the space is crazy but worth it I think. Head Sculpt works more for a tony stark than RDJ. I like to see this Gantry set for whenever the Tony Stark Mark VII Suit Up figure comes out.
I recommend, when you edit them for more like easy to understand,maybe put like a pic in a corner to lrt us see what your referring to But im not a pro and your vids are amazing
Awesome review! The figure could've been even better if they added the battle damage onto the legs and arms. The way they did for the new 1/4 scale version. That said I like the weapons that come out of his gauntlets and shoulders and the gantry is so cool
I bought MKVI Diecast a few months ago but used it to convert my NWH Goblin to Goblin MKVI Concept, I have parts that’s sitting in its box waiting for this 2.0 and Gantry
There's just something I love about the triangle arc reactor window. I do wish it was painted as if it was lit up. Maybe even include multiple plates to have options

I'm not sure I could display without a crotch grabber. First day I bought Mark 6 (aftermarket), it slipped thanks to the weak ankles and scratched one of the knees 😅 Great review. Excited to have this guy in hand.
I was thinking that with all the 1.0 and 2.0 versions that you have you could make a hall of armor and still have a copy of each suit in a more dynamic pose
Hope they can do it in a magnetic way. I have a a lot of problems with replacing parts, take off/pull out going to break it, same goes to Blitzway Astro boy, tough to replace parts by the plastic spudger...
The video after this had the title as "I CRASHED A PLANE IN IRON MAN VR" Anyways I don’t think this figure is worth it for me, the gantry is too big and I I feel like the suit is ok I don’t see a big difference besides the honker gantry, I kinda wish the gantry was a deluxe edition and the standard had a normal possibly new default stand
I had pre-ordered this figurine day 1, I had the last 200 € to give on the 20th and finally I paid this morning. Honestly if I had seen this video before I would have cancelled the order purely and simply, the head is just horrible, I literally don't see any other way to put it. It will be helmeted or I will try to put the HS of the mark 3 diecast 2.0
Hey Justin, great review as always. I never had the Mk 1 but I do get your point about reissues with minimal changes. Iv had this in my collection for just over a week and love the presence of the gantry with iron man, it draws the eye straight away. The figure itself is fantastic love the paint and accessories, the face sculpt isn’t perfect and I would have preferred a helmeted headsculpt much like yourself, but the rolling eyes are a good option. The accessory pieces for the under suit are really well detailed and make the Mk VI stand out, though I do feel the chest piece is too pronounced, and why didn’t they make the regular chest piece, battle damaged chest piece and the mesh piece magnetic, having those plastic posts is asking for trouble they’ve down magnetic chest pieces before and the thigh pieces are magnetic so that doesn’t make sense to me. I am however a little disappointed with the gantry, the steps are well painted and the light up feature for the stairs and blue lights coming from the gantry itself are fantastic, but overall the gantry feels a little cheap to me, I also don’t think the gantry has enough paint apps and the gantry arms are too plain with only one paint element, some more texture and paint apps of wear and tear use would of set this off, especially when comparing it to the 1/6th scale Mk IV gantry, which I think HT did a better job with compared to the Mk VI gantry. Don’t get me wrong I still love the overall look of the display it’s great, however if I had the option to get this again I think I would have just gone for the Mk VI alone.
I have a question do you think it’d be better to get hot toys silver centurion or the hot toys mk 40, since you are the professional and I can’t find information about these two hot toys. So what do you think?
I don't want to be that nerd. But I'm too much of an iron man 2 fan, so I don't know if anyone realized but all the "avengers" iron man mk6 figures have the battle damage from the final battle in iron man 2 with whiplash. I don't believe we've gotten avengers movie mk6 battle damage yet

I really like the Tony Stark headsculpt. Possibly the best to date. Mark 2 and 3 2.0s are also tied with this for best Tony sculpt in my opinion
