It is my understanding that Israel is the homeland of the Jewish people and that's why they have the "Law of Return" for Jews.

it shouldn't matter how one observes if you converted to Judaism shouldn't matter which sect. You are should be accepted by Israel. also there are many born Jews who are allowed to do the return home if they want. There should be a simple recognization, because in the Torah it basically explains to teach the person Judaism and let them in the mikvah. Literally that'ss what it explains in the Torah. So by that definition every convert in every sect should be considered Jewish.
There are some who convert through multiple branches. Which one would the state of Israel use ie. some may start in Reform before an Orthodox conversion. Would the state of Israel allow that person in on the Reform conversion if they did not acknowledge the Orthodox?
Shalom rabbi, what's your opinion on an unrecognized orthodox conversion accepted by one community, such as a Young Israel community, and if the convert decides to relocate to another orthodox community, how should the convert proceed?
The new community should accept the convert the same way they accept a Jew from any other community. According to Talmudic halakha, if the convert desires to marry someone who is born Jewish, then the new community should be extra careful to validate that the conversion occurred in front of three valid witnesses. If they are unsure regarding the validity of the three witnesses of his conversion, then the new community should immediately see to a 'conversation for removing doubt' (geeyur leh-Humra). Assuming the convert to arrived from a different community exhibits basic knowledge of Torah and commitment to Torah observance, there is no reason to delay the conversion for removing doubt. Per the words of our Sages, the conversion should occur immediately (meeYAD). HaShem never demanded from the people of Israel, and that includes converts, that we perfectly do all the commandments and never make a mistake. My father is a Palestinian born in Jerusalem, he lives in the diaspora And Israel does not allow him to return, he applied for visa twice, and got rejected. Can he convert to Judaism, and return to Jerusalem to visit his sick sister?
A "Jew" - coming from the Hebrew word "Yehudi" - is anyone who dwells in Judea. "Jew" and "Hebrew" come from God, not people. That's why people are obsessed with these terms and Jewish people boast about them. "Jew" is a title from God, not an ethnic identifier. Abraham did not speak Hebrew as a child nor was he was a Jew until God deemed him so. Noah never spoke Hebrew and Noah was not a Jew. He was Arab! And many prophets in the Old Testament spoke multiple languages and they were considered Jews because they dwelled in Judea. "Jew" has nothing to do with a bloodline. One cannot determine a nationality from a blood test. The Hebrew language comes from God, not from a culture. Why do you think the Jewish people today do not speak Hebrew of the Bible? Why do you think before, Jewish people spoke Yiddish? Why do you think the Hebrew language was lost after the Roman occupation of Israel? The physical Kingdom of Israel was built to do one thing: bring forth the Messiah. The Messiah has already come and walked this Earth. That is why God allowed that temple (Israel itself) to be destroyed. Once the Messiah was resurrected, the title "Jew" ascended to Heaven with God. The title "Jew" will descend to God's faithful servants once the Messiah eradicates all evil and the faithful servants rebuild the eternal Kingdom. However, the title "Jew" is already in our hearts because God knows who is faithful and who is not.

@@christo-chaney"One man cannot die for the sins of others". Jesus is not a man. Jesus is a spirit who God gave flesh to in order to fulfill the highest command ever ordained by God. Exodus 32:30. How do you deduce that Moses COULD NOT die for the sins of the Israelites rather than God CHOOSING not to use Moses as an example? Deuteronomy 24:16, again Jesus is not a person but a spirit. This verse is specifically talking about mankind, not spirits or angels. Psalms 146:3. Jesus is not a son of man (like you or me). Jesus is the Son of God. Also, those other verses also prophesy Judgment Day: we will all be judged by our own doings, not by our parents', siblings', or community. Take for example the atrocities of slavery. God is not going to judge white people as a whole based on slavery. Each white person will be individually judged on his own life. "Blood sacrifice isn't needed to forgive sin". Genesis 4:7 is about revenge, jealousy, and anger, not about forgiveness of sin. Jonah 3:5-10 is an account of God's mercy and forgiveness, not specifically about blood sacrifice. I also want to note that Jesus' blood is more than forgiveness. It's about reconciliation. Just because you forgive someone doesn't mean you want to have a relationship with them. Jesus' blood allows for all mankind who ever existed, who does exist, and who will exist to have a chance at not only obtaining God's forgiveness but also having a real life relationship with Him. This can only come through Jesus Christ. "God will never accept a human sacrifice". Again, Jesus is not human and he is also not God. Jesus is a spirit. He is the highest of angels. The order goes God then Christ then faithful believers then angels. Also Jeremiah 4 is specifically speaking of sacrificing children to Molech and Ba'al, in other words sacrificing their children to Satan for worldly gifts. Again, Psalms 106:37 is about sacrificing children to demons and not sacrifices in general. If God were against human sacrifices, why did He ask Abram to do so though he stopped him? Based on the Bible, we can see that if God wanted a human blood sacrifice, he would allow it. But God doesn't allow it due to His grace, mercy, and love for his earthly children. "God cannot become human and God is invisible and indivisible". This is true. Jesus is not God. That is a Satanic lie coming from the Orthodox/ Catholic "Church". Many Christians believe this lie because the Catholic Church tortured or even killed anyone who did not accept this lie. Today, non Trinitarians are socially tortured or killed.

Not very weird actually. Conversion to Judaism isn't like most other religions, you're basically joining and assimilating to the Jewish culture/joining the Jewish tribe. At that point immigrating should be just as easy as any other Jew. Non-Jews can immigrate too, it's just not as easy. Not much different than someone immigating to any other country they have no connect to. 🤷🏼♀️
How so? Conversion to Islam is practically a must if you wish to be a full citizen in a muslim country. Also being non Jew, you still have a decent chance to be Israeli citizen. Say via working or researching in Israel. But it wont come per automato; you must work and behave.

How about Israel giving jewish muslims citizenship, or jewish christians citizenship?
There is no such thing. You can’t be a Jew & a Christian at the same time. Same as you can’t be a Jew & a Muslim at the same time.
@@christo-chaney but you can be jewish atheist? Huh
@@nahumhabte6210 yes. Many Jews are atheists. They remain Jews because they did not convert to another religion.
@@christo-chaney so they’re atheists but believe God promised them the land
No other country has these
" parameters " 😂 israel sounds like a nice place 😀
Sounds like a Dictatorship

Who cares?
Very strange a country that makes you convert to a certain religion before you can become a citizen
You don’t have to convert to Judaism to become a citizen.
How so? Conversion to Islam is practically a must if you wish to be a full citizen in a muslim country. Also being non Jew, you still have a decent chance to be Israeli citizen. Say via working or researching in Israel. But it wont come per automato; you must work and behave.
When will Israel recognize, Messianic Jews, they follow Yeshua, the Torah
Messianics are not Jews. They don’t follow the Torah is they believe that Jesus is the messiah.
