She brought weight and experience to the Bangles. She had been in a number of bands, without success or chemistry, between 1975 when she started with the Runaways, and when she finally, joined the Bangles in 1983-84. It's like she finally felt at home with the Bangles. Also when the Peterson sisters got together with Susanna Hoffs, it was like they belonged together. They should never have split in 1989. They were family. When they reunited in 1999 they said, so, but at that age their priorites had changed (families, kids, etc.). And finally Michael retired in 2005.
I'm 53 and still have a crush on Micki. Hope she founds peace. God bless her and all of you.
