I'm learning this now, and the musicality and sense of rhythm needed here make it harder than the 3rd for me, aside from the fast "alternating" arpeggios.
Wow! This is so cool. I never liked watching videos like this. But, the angle on the piano and showing the pedals makes it great. That is awesome. I also love this piece. Maybe now I'll try to learn it.
