- We ran into Vienna Cafe's Charlie Hunnam who tells us just how much he loves motorcycles....even numerically, as he reveals he's put over 8,000 miles on his chopper this year but only 300 miles on his car. Be careful, dude...L.A. is a pretty dangerous place for motorcycles!

Hollywood.TV i loved the whole of seasons 1-3! i loved the Shakespearian feel of the whole piece and the fact every episode is like a mini movie. i preferred the characters when they were a bit more redeemable though, because as you move beyond season 4 their actions become harder to justify and sympathise with, Jax is turning into Clay, i get that its a cautionary tale though so theres only one way it can play out.

They think it may have come from the name of George the king of that area and anyone that sided with that king was known as a Geordie. But you might be better of looking it up.

Yeah I wanted a bike when I was in college but couldn't afford one. Then got a car instead as it was the smart choice asy family have health issues so makes it easier for them me driving. Watched this show for the first time last year. One of my favourite shows now and jax is one of my favourites characters of all time. This show gave me back the feeling of wanting a bike again and once covid fucks off. I'm going to do my cbt and get 1. Cruiser style. Thinking either a yamaha dragstar or a honda shadow

You are right, Mimi. That is a weird accent he now has. It is a strange mix of American and Newcastle. It seems to happen a lot to people who go to live in the US. The same thing happened with Gabriel Byrne. He has a weird half-American half-Irish accent now.

I don't believe he is very harassed, first off he stays inside a lot and mostly go to work and work-related events, and the few times he goes out, it's in the neighborhood right next to Melrose Avenue, which is pretty chill during the days. There's not a lot of people there right where he lives. Not like Hollywood or Santa Monica. He has that vibe that he is a very private, reserved person which lets him have his space naturally. He is not an A-list celebrity so he isn't exactly chased around.

LA is NOT a dangerous place for motorcycles. The drivers out there see motorcyclists often, and are better at driving in traffic than 80% of the country. Come to a city where there aren't very many motorcyclists. That's dangerous, when the drivers don't know how to drive around you.
+Austin Reed Thanks for posting ~ We agree with you. We think the only thing that makes it dangerous are those that are driving, and yes, often times, it's the folks driving around you. Whether you're on a bicycle or a motorbike, the same holds true ~ don't hide. Make yourself seen. Do you think that's sound advice?
Hollywood.TV I would agree, I was just saying out of the cities to own a motorcycle LA is one of the safest. Come out to where I live ABQ New Mexico and you would see what I'm talking about. The drivers in LA are much better than the ones out here.

Hollywood.TV The amount of heavy traffic driving that LA residents do makes them pretty damn good compared to the majority of US drivers. The more rural the city the worse the driver is often the case. And you can lane split legally which is a big bonus for a motorcyclist.
