Structure is cyclical as the start (prologue) references R+J dying and the story ends with their deaths. Story is structured to build emotion until the end because the audience knows the fate of the protagonists from the start and eventually the ending causes sorrow as they played right into their fate. the non extract question is commenting on the entire text and wgat purpose shakespeare was trying to achieve and how successfully his putpose was achieved. for the secoond part you don't analyse and you must memorise quotes and refer to other parts of the play.

no it is never necessary to write a conclusion just write an introduction and have an overarching point that flows through the whole essay then you'll get very good marks

Introduction definitely and maybe a brief conclusion. My teacher gets us to write about context and history in the intro then move onto the body
