@@pixelteesTrue, being an Indian I would say today's Indian and other Asian commentators are worst. Australians, English, New Zealanders and West Indies have the best commentators
I was little when this world cup happened. Saw only a few moments of this world cup. What I remember most about it, is the talk of Greatbatch's hitting all through the tournament. These jerseys were the best.
Yes. At least his younger brother did. Gary was one of the great players of his time throughout the late 90s and early 2000s. He had a magnificent career as a first rate opening batsman and then as one of the very best team coaches going around.
Yes, pretty ordinary but Chris Cairns wasn’t a medium pacer at that stage. He was sharp but erratic then. Didn’t play all the matches though. They mostly relied on some very gentle medium pacers and some floaters on slow pitches.
Best world cup i had ever seen remarkable performance by every team under lights and colour full dress
Sir Tong Greig always a treat to listen. Sheer charismatic, no drama
Cricket commentary is a lost art these days!

@@indraashish1626 maybe... but the bar is a lot lower than it used to be.
Tony Greig not Tong Greig.
Ye world cup dekh kar bachpan yaad aata hai
Great picture quality; well done 🤟👌👏👏
In 1992 I was 14 year's old.
Now I watching again all matches of 92 world Cup cricket..

They are great to re-live!
Benson and hedges were amazing for cricket sponsorship.
Synonymous with cricket and the 80s/early 90s

The game where it all started for Greatbatch.
Nowadays all ODIs are played under lights.. the charm of day and night match has gone
This was NZ's most complete performance along with their win over England easily chasing down their target with plenty of overs to spare.
By far the best world cup I have seen in my life.
Was a lot of fun to experience it in New Zealand.
Peter Kirsten great player. It's a shame he didn't play more international cricket
Yes agreed!

He had some serious injury problems..... Hence his career was very short.....
Mark Greatbatch first cricketer to showed how to take advantage of power play
NZ had a pretty ordinary bowling attack. All gentle medium pacers. Used well by Martin Crowe. His absence in semi final was a big blow

Indian umpire...Indian umpire: Tony Greig didn't quite stop 🛑 after that infamous " will make them grovel" statement
New Zealand's first cricket match against South Africa since 1964.
Was 11 at time of 1992 World Cup
Why time had finished those beautiful days
Pure cricket.... Ball bat and only color full jersey and pure Tallent.... Now cricket is becoming joke
You are a champ
New Zealand was the hot favourites of 1992 untill Inzemam 60 (42) denied them from this
Richard Snell looked like Karishma Kapoor
