We don't want our country's resources to be used for rewards. To maintain perfection, we need experts. Its like the CS position ended up just being a spokesman position.
I heard weeks ago that various people suggest a certain percentage for pay cuts. For the government. I personally think that a 15-20 % cut is reasonable AND no allowance for seatings! Seatings money is totally ridiculous. It’s like paying a teacher for being in the class room. A limited pool for travelling. MPs, governors and senators must plan and prioritise like everyone else. AND no bloated allowances for whatever cards to the express highway. Kenya will save millions and the public officials and civil servants will remember what they are there for: to serve the public!
& that's the thinking that will nake you loose. One must look beyond friendships & focus on the bigger picture....the citizens. Jalango always finds ways to FUp. Thos aint radio or show biz.
Reward .jalango you mean reward.its should be always about the citizen.whatever promises ruto made to those CSs it's upon him to deal with them not rewarding quacks with country resorses.if that how you think jalango then langata needs a different brain in parliament.qm not surprised why the finance bill passed in the first time
Jalas OMG! How do you defend 'rewarding people?' Honestly, why would you go to run for a political seat if not for improving the current status of life.
This sounds like a good guy. On funerals …. You Kenyans need to find another way with your donations if you are an elected person. You can’t spend chunks of your salary for this. And you should spend stolen money for it. In Europe we don’t have this problem. Families pay for their own members to be buried. I know things are different in Kenya. Perhaps there needs to be some kind of account for each, in this case, MP. With a limited amount per funeral. Not 5-digit amounts. But perhaps in the area of a few thousands per funeral.
Betty has a natural sense of humour❤❤❤

Nice! Nice!
The constitution says they cannot be rehired if they were dismissed... So what guided the President to nominate them again.
does it mean politicians after winning with their Team go own rewarding them ...instead of working for people

So it is not because of competency but reward
