    Yes you are right overpriced n sizes are matter if builders launches 1100to 1500 Sq ft ticket size and price between 12 to 15000 n having a good reputation having plenty of buyers.

    End user ki baska nhi ha 15000 se uppar ka lene ki..

    Not good for market aur halaat tb kharab honge jb ye 10%_20% waale exit k liye royenge

    Slow down builder , broker ke liye hai, sales down hain, maan lo bhai, kiya aap pele jitne units bech rahe ho, nahi na, isko hi slow down bolte hain, ab aap socho aapko kiya karna hai

      Tejwani ji we are doing very great in our business.. slow nhi hai bus variety of size and price is not justifying right now.we have 100s of client for 1400 sqft to 1800 sqft under 3 cr but options nhi hai market mein clients ki requirements k according..

    1 Cr ko tau kuch samajhte hi nahi hein 😂 Bana lein builder 2-3 Cr walon ke liye. Loot machi Hui hai 😂. Very difficult for salaried people to buy home in gurgaon 🙁

      im not saying k slow ho rha hai market .im just trying to say that k property mein variety nhi hai agar appko plan karna hai tou 15k under price mein 1800sqft max area le sakte hai which is good
