Great news for property owners in Haryana! The government has recently announced that you can now construct Stilt + 4 floors on DDJAY plots. This new regulation, effective from last Monday, also allows construction on plots with a 10-meter-wide road.

Density should be 18 Person per plot at the time of applying the licence but ddjay like Paras Ekam have a density of 13.5 person per plot so not all Ddjay projects would have S+4
